Heyo, Iggy here! Welcome to my little corner of the internet!

I’m a long time nerd who loves fanfiction, particularly AU-Canon Divergence, What-ifs, Time Travel, and gen stuff. Recently I’ve been trying to draw more as well, particularly in learning digital art. My goal is to share more stuff as a motivator to keep me accountable with my hobbies/get me excited to make stuff.

I’m interested in a lot of fandoms, but at the moment my obsession is RWBY, so expect a lot of content for that.

Fics Published/Planned--

(RWBY) Flowers Fall Back To Their Roots: Published, Main Project, In the far future of Remnant, the war with Salem boiled over and led to the downfall of society. After the final battle, the only two people to walk the planet were Ruby Rose and Oscar Pine. In a desperate bid to claim a happier ending, Ruby and Oscar travel back in time to before the fall of Beacon.

Basically, Rosegarden Time travel fix-it featuring adult Ruby and Oscar being angsty badasses trying their best.

(RWBY) PHIL 121, Philosophy and Ethics Through Fairy Tales: Planned, Beacon Academy requires it’s students to take many classes in order to graduate and become well rounded Huntsmen and Huntresses. One of which is ethics, taught by Headmaster Ozpin himself. Every Monday evening students gather in the back corner of the library with coffee, hot chocolate, and tea to discus morality, using the Remnant’s rich history of fairy tales as a frame.

A series of connected short stories taking place during Volume 2. Follows various characters and the lessons they learn, using E. C. Myers Fairy Tales of Remnant as a Textbook.

(RWBY) *Untitled AU!Ozpin Origin Story*: Planned, a five part story dedicated to the emotional journey of a young man as an impossible task is thrusted upon him. He is torn between ancient obligation, and the bonds to his home and family he doesn’t want to let go.

*Very OC-Heavy, Mostly adherent to canon, only AU on one very specific aspect that I don’t plan on revealing until after the whole fic is published. 

(RWBY) Series--Conversations: Planned, A series of Ozpin-centric oneshots covering various topics, in which Ozpin takes the time to talk with people (mostly Qrow).

#fic update friday: Here’s where I report my weekly progress on whatever fic I’m working on. It will include a current word count, a few excerpts, and any miscellaneous thoughts I have about the chapter, or news regarding the project. Consider this a very low budget ‘behind the scenes.’ 

#My Art: Used for art I make personally. At the moment it’s all fanart, but may include some original pieces in the future. It will be further defined by #digital art or #pencil sketch, as well as #OC or #(whatever relevant fandom).

#Journal Dump: Random snippets of creative writing that I pull from my journal. Par for course, 90% of it is fanfic stuff that’s too small to publish on its own but I like it enough to share anyway. I will mention the relevant fandom/characters/ships in the title, as well as the date. If it gets enough interest I may flesh it out more into a complete work.
