When my husbands sits me down with a maintenance calorie calculator because he's trying to work out what to do with his weight loss journey, and he tells me my maintenance calories and I'm just like.... 😬😬😬 yeah no. Like legit freaked out internally. Kinda forgot how crazy an ED brain can be around calories. Wild.

Omg. Went shopping today and bought some clothes. What I wanted wasn't available in L sizes, so I bought M thinking I'll hopefully fit into it one day. Tried them on when I got home and holy fuck they fit??? I went from XL at the beginning of the year to M now??? I know I'll never really fit anything much smaller due to bone structure and boobs but omg. Amazing.
