Stretch Quest: Physical I tried acupuncture! Didn't feel like it would be appropriate to ask for her to take a picture of me shirtless, though I probably could have cropped it a bit. This is the one part of my hand that she put a needle in and it actually bled a little bit. Only two of the needles had any blood. I felt insanely relaxed afterwards, and didn't realize that was how it would feel. I always expected acupuncture to be more painful and less helpful. Acupuncture could put me right to sleep. I'd do it again.

Last Saturday I went to a workshop for work, which was completely out of my comfort zone and I wanted to leave very badly. Instead I decided to accomplish my Conversation Stretch Quest and learned a lot about how to heat water through running garden hoses under compost and that the guy who was sitting next to me is a graphic designer who has two bicycles in his garage.

Knolling: week 10 20 items - consider colour

Inquisitive Joy: I cut through joy with inquisitive because it can be found within joy, and I used a stretched out cursive to show subtlety and flow through the joy.

Week 6: Always Knolling! 23 empty bottles, 23 bottle caps, 1 full beer with the cap on, and 2 bottle openers and one set of keys. This was a lot darker than I anticipated after I didn't take the keys off.

Stretch Quest: Professional I not only volunteered to attend the event my new job was holding, but I was also able to hand out the brochures I made to city officials and major real estate and company representatives. To push myself a little further, I made sure I also introduced myself and played an active roll in setting up and organizing the event. It was really neat to see something I made being used in a professional setting.
