You and jermaine were sat in the living room, surrounded by the rest of the family as a movie played on the television. Everyone silently watching it.
you glance over at your boyfriend next to you—his eyes also find yours and you hold back a smirk, he looks away with a smile.
but you both couldn’t help it.
you both bursted out laughing, making the rest of the family look at you two with surprise. “Oh god..” michael clutched his chest.
“you two are chumps.” jackie says, shaking his head.
“You’re so cute.” Jermaine says, nuzzling into your neck as you were perched on his lap—trying to draw something. “Maine.. im trying to focus.”
he chuckles and presses a kiss to your forehead. “my little art bug.” you stick your tongue out at him and he arches a brow. “be careful, i could put that tongue to—“
“Are you two love birds gonna stay here all day?”
La toya and Rebbie appear in the doorway, the latter standing with her arms crossed. “You both have been in that little spot for an hour, ya’ll aint gonna join us in the pool?”
you raise your head. “Sorry.. i have to finish this drawing. But mister bass player here should definitely go.”
“but i don’t wanna leave you.” You roll your eyes and get off his lap. “You’ll see me later, JJ, now go.”
he purses his lips but stands up, trudging over to his sisters. “You’re an idiot.” Rebbie sighs.
“Jermaine! Yn! i know like hell you two are makin’ babies in there!” Marlon shouted, banging on the door.
“Cmon, Marlon, if they are i doubt we should barge in like this.” Michael grabs his brothers shoulder, trying to hold back his laugh.
Marlon huffs and shakes his head. “Nah, im not letting our brother get her pregnant, shes too special to be settled down with him.”
The door swings open and jermaine stands there with a grimace. “You talking about me now?” Michael and marlon burst out laughing, then michael sobers up. “We jus’ wanted to tell yall to keep it down.”
“We aren’t making babies, you chumps, i was working out and she was on my back.”
The two boys exchanged a look.
Jermaine rolls his eyes and opens the door wider, exposing your fully covered frame—no post-sex flush and a big grin on your face. “Hey guys!”
Michael and marlon looked sheepishly at you. “Hey yn, sorry we uh.. didn’t know—“ Michael started but stopped when jermaine gave them a death glare.
“Lets go mike! we gotta do something don’t we?” Marlon grabs michael by the arm and pulls him out the room.
Jermaine sighs and crosses his arms. “Those two, jus’ foolin’ around.”
