Fingers twitch. The void matter within aching to ball into fists. They do not. Instead, his displeasure is made known through porcelain crunching. Shattering. Pieces falling to his feet, mingling with the rubble.

Then... it stops. The rabbit's reassurance is enough to put out the fire blazing within his chest. And with it comes an exhale.

"I know you wouldn't, Cream." A smile makes its way across a pale white muzzle. It's shaky, entirely lacking the confidence he is attempting to portray. His arms come to tuck themselves behind stiff quills. "Everyone has a rough day. You needed time to cool off, I get it."

Empty voids find themselves gazing downwards at Cream. The smile across his face falters. It twitches before it sets itself back into place. "But next time, don't take it out me. Alright?"

"Where?!" A dark blue head whips around in frantic search of the mad doctor. Instead, he gets the lovely view of a corpse sprawled out on the ground and rocks in the distance. Not one sign of Eggman to be found, however.

The corner of his mouth twitches. Frown spreading across a stained white muzzle as his arms come to cross over his chest.
