i used to post my clay charms on crafty amino, where i had i believe nearly 2,000 followers, which was insane for 12 year old me. it had always been a dream of mine to sell my creations and i was able to achieve that a few years ago after a post of mine got half a million views on tik tok. i’m beyond grateful so many people are still interested in owning something i made. although, making so many batches of the same item has burnt me out. i want to make new things, and when i post about those and they don’t get any traction i feel disappointed and frustrated. that goes for my traditional/digital art as well. i’ve been drawing for longer than i’ve been making things out of clay. it’s still a dream of mine to be able to make a concrete story using my original characters. is it because im not good enough yet? would anyone even care? is every app going to have some bs ai program implanted into it? probably. will anyone read this and relate or will i end up deleting it out of embarrassment, probably.
