i've been pretty busy these past few months, my brain was constantly occupied with important stuff, focused and no rumination. i'd actually found a way to live : day by day, not worrying about anything (since the start of the year). but here's the thing : i'm finally at rest with several deadlines behind me, but it's almost impossible to live like these past few months when you have nothing really keeping you busy. it's terrible, i'm questioning everything about my life, all the vacant thoughts are back (like before), it's unbearable… i feel like starting to drink again…
