Why do all the anti-vaping commercials use puppets? Is that the in thing with kids now?

-Parents burst into laughter-

This women called my work just as I was about to close everything. She couldn't text her supervisor and she needed it fixed now. I told her it might be a network setting in her phone. She then proceeded to tell me how she doesnt understand computer tech talk or cell phone speak and to speak plainly. I said ok...I wont be able to help you over the phone. I would have to do a full network reset and update. She got mad and hung up. Only to call back 2 mins later thinking it was another store and not realizing it was the same person. I told her the same thing. She got mad and hung up. I guess she isn't going to be getting her phone fixed.
