Yes, I went to the one in Roehampton. There was good and bad...Ā
The nurses were very good, educated and understanding in all areas. So were the Doctors but you didnāt see them half as much. The therapies offered are pretty effective. Every Wednesday they would try to take you out to do something outside of the ward like a trip to the cinema or ice-skating if you were up to it. The food wasnāt like typical hospital food either, it was actually edible.
The night shifts were often taken by agency nurses who were quite the opposite. Not all of them were bad, but a lot of them were. This is what I disliked the most.
