So. I fixed the Nazi Fascist ‘Garlean’ armband for you guys…

Download it below, 3D files and all textures included and modified so it no longer resembles the Nazi/neo-Nazi Dogwhistle that it once did.

You need TexTools 2 for it to work properly! And it replaces all Ardent rings and I think/am pretty sure all that share that model as well for all races.

It was brought to my attention by some kind souls in the Viera RP community that a particular piece of my art of Fejn has been making the rounds on various profiles; particularly on one called f-list(?) by characters ‘Hatia’ and ‘Faye’. This particular piece cost be around $180, and was commissioned several months ago. 

Not only that, but several Viera RPers have likewise had their art stolen and used without knowledge or permission in galleries and character sheets. This is not okay. I have reported what and where I can.

I understand that people are very excited for Viera - I am too. I really am. Everyone is riding the hype train right now, and the excitement quite possibly is a huge factor in the overlook of courtesy. You may not have an image to correctly resemble your character yet, or perhaps are just looking for a temporary placeholder. 

Regardless of how enthusiastic one might be for Viera characters, however, please refrain from using art that doesn’t belong to you. It might not seem like much, but it can be quite upsetting for those you are plagiarizing. 

A bit of common decency and respect when it comes to character creation and graphic display would go a long way.

So. I hate making this post. There’s something I’ve been keeping to myself for the past 2 ½ months now, trying to quietly deal with it and do everything myself. But it’s become apparent that I can’t entirely do it myself.

I have to move myself and my kid out of the home I’m in in the next, basically, 2 ½ weeks. My roommate decided that he wanted to move his girlfriend in and essentially for the lack of a better term, kick me and my kid out. He brought it up on short notice because of something else that happened and even though the situation had since ironed out, he’s still determined to move her in here. Currently I have no job. I’ve been applying everywhere I can but where I am is small and there are few jobs that are open, but I’ve been trying my best.

All is entirely not lost though. I have found a place to move my kid and I in, I do have some money saved and although my roomie said he’d help me till I can get on my feet, the good ol’ government shutdown has put a massive wrench in our original plans. He can still help me some, but not as much as he had initially promised. Soon I’m going to get the ball rolling with the apartment I found and although we have most of the costs covered, there’s still a matter of the rest that is looming over our head. In an effort to make sure I have enough for first and last month’s rent on top of the deposit I’m already prepared for, I’ve decided to open up some ko-fi donations. These are all just simple quick headshots that I’ll be doing. Nothing insanely fancy, I want to be able to get these out quickly. I’m still working on some commissions owed so between the move, the commissions and if I find work, I’ll be doing these when I have the free time. Should you want one of the ko-fi donation headshots, please leave an imgur album of your references in your donation message and your url to be linked back to.

For 3 coffees, you’ll get a basic black and white sketch. For 5 coffees, you’ll get flat colors.

I still can’t believe that these two dorks imported from Transformers Prime are the 2nd pair of canon robots husbands in the IDW comics. They aren’t just window dressing either! There’s a story behind the vain, high speed racer that married a guy who is considered inferior by his whole culture. I want to see it play out so badly!
