So, he won't be able to vote because his current name is not the name on his birth certificate (just like the SAVE Act proposes for trans people & married women). Additionally, he has to be called by the name on his birth certificate, not his chosen name (just like the SAVE Act proposes for trans people). Soooooo, JD is trans because he was not satisfied with the circumstances he was born into.
