Breast Cancer Awareness Classic
ORLANDO-- I was able to take in 5 games of the Breast Cancer Awareness Classic this past Saturday at Oak Ridge High School in Orlando. The event hosted by Director Steven Reece, Jr., and his Operation Step Up, Inc., organization. 15 Florida Boy’s High School Basketball Teams participated in the two day event (November 27-28), most notably 2015 State Champion Miami Norland and a host of college bound talents. There were also a host of colleges in attendance to take in the action such as Florida State University, Xavier University, University of Southern California, Utah State University, and the University of Florida. Participating players who have made their college choices known include, Dewan Huell (University of Miami), Troy Baxter (University of South Florida), and Dontae Bassett (University of Florida).
