For real has she ever been this angry at an enemy before? This was after watching Hiroshi's sacrifice and getting into the Colossus.

Did people forget that Cat and Sam are on teen nick (and are canonically straight) as well as 6teens (Which is also an Canadian show like Degrassi, and Canada is actually a hell of a lot more cool with lgbt stuff.)

Cause I do...and really if Korra was on teen nick instead of nick or nicktoons, as well as being a show about teenagers instead ohh idk saving the world all the time with a heavy plot? (LBR the love triangle seriously derailed everything in book 1 and part of book 2.) Bryke would of had a lot more flexibility.

OK for the reason I added Asami is because one we really do live in an misogynist world, and two she's been getting a hell of a lot of hate after the finale. People peg her as emotionally weak, and the boring girl with white rich people problems (Which is so wrong because the girl is Asian and apparently sightly darker than the brothers.) Both these girls are sexualize so much it makes me sick, and really as much as I love Korra and agree with a lot of people against the whole Slave!Korra shit (which was during book  1 and 2 if I recall?) Asami is an victim to this cruelty as well. People turning her into a rapist and sex maniac and all that jazz is absolutely abhor. Asami is an remarkable character just like Korra an I see shit on the dash and tags where people call her Salami and make fun of her heritage. Christ people, Korra may be a brown girl, but everyone in the freaking Avatar universe is a POC. 

Now about the ableism issue. That is just inhuman, but whats also discriminating is that people who are disabled are human as well. They do have the ability to want to be in a relationship, but ONLY if they want it. At both times during the book 1 finale and book 3 finale Korra was unstable and wanted no one around. However in the book 3 finale she was also temporarily disabled and it seemed she trusted Asami to take care of her. Seriously Korra could of said no and Asami could of just leave her be, but there is a reason why the scene was crucial to both characters. It was to cement their trust. SO PLEASE don't ever call that scene repulsive or Asami as a ableist. The fanart itself should be taken down, but to disregard and believe that Asami was taken advantage of Korra is just as bad. 

OK its getting really frustrating with all this hypocritical bullshit in BOTH TAGS. and I know its not gonna end even after this is over. I know this cause of being in the N/aruto fandom. So my thoughts are, one we are all better than this, two queer representation is very needed especially for women at this point in time. BUT its not OK to go and force people IN THEIR PRO TAGS to listen and say why its important, cause lbr only a dozen don't care about this and can be seen homophobic. However a lot of people do actually care about it and to be frank being called Homophobic really is disgusting and sometimes people do go too far. I'm bi and I have many queer friends who have been through quite some stuff, I even suffered from my own experiences, though funny story about that I was accused of being a homophobic bi-curious bitch. You want to know who said that? My ex girlfriend (who did apologize to me afterwards but damn). Now I have a boyfriend and he's been nothing but kind to me. So yeah. 

Anyway about the idea. I was thinking that maybe some Makorra and Korrasami shippers, even some Masami shippers who are willing enough, could co own an alliance blog? Yes its a risky move but honestly we need to spread positive and love in these tags, this hate is driving a lot of people (including myself )away from the fandom. The blog is about sending positive messages and supporting each other. Its not just about characters or ships its about friendship and happiness. Makorrasami I think is a good friendship, because  after the love triangle all three of the characters began to grow and change.

Mako soften up and is inspired to help people and willingly talk to people (like seriously Wu is a godsend for him, the guy is his first friend like seriously someone he can just talk to) He's still awkward still hot headed at times, but you can see his maturity as he is shown throughout the episodes. 

Asami has taken charge of her life and has become a successful business woman, she is finally communicating with her father again, plus doesn't take shit from anyone which is so amazing because she is like the embodiment of all the women within the women's rights movement. Honestly at this point in time she doesn't need a man. 

Korra,  this gal, now can WE please talk about the development like PLS? I am very happy at how much she has grown like honestly the girl has really became such a mature young woman. She is very different from her teen years and really even after suffering through PTSD she still manage to learn from her enemies, to grow, and to see she's not just the avatar she's human, she's Korra. Her whole journey is different from Aangs, people give her shit but really I want to just shower her with love. She has sacrificed so much she really deserves it am I right?

 Now all of them are no longer like their past selves, they all really have changed. In my honest opinion I think that the relationships they all have with each other is what helped them become who they are. The Makorra relationship and breakup gave Mako and Korra a chance to see themselves as individuals (That most teens really need), Korrasami friendship gave both Asami and Korra someone who they can support, encourage and just joke around with. Its gives a positive image to female friendship which is important in many ways. (I'm a Korrasami shipper I do see potential romance between them but at the moment I do support their friendship as well OK?) and finally Masami, which kind of allowed all three to meet weirdly enough, though also gave a view about how relationships are not always perfect when you're in your teens. as well as how ex's can become friends. 

Ahh OK OK but like all I'm saying is that, this alliance blog could be fun and inspirational, we could have weeks for each couple, and like friendships, positive messages for people who are feeling down and want to go into their tags for something like fanart and stuff. 

Also if you do any of the couple weeks or friendship weeks, or even character weeks just tag their names or couples (unless someone that's following you will not enjoy it don't sign up for it. )
