Yukina patted his pockets, checking for any foreign objects that could have been lurking there. He was sure that was the first place he looked, but as his hand brushed against something hard, he was surprised. Reaching into his pockets he found the item he had misplaced.

[text] How did you know?!

"If you saw mun-chan’s face right now, you would laugh~"  

"Well, Berry-Mina-mod-chan, he does sleep but not at the right times!  Usually he stays up until midnight, but sometimes more!  If it’s past 2 AM, he’s usually like "screw it, no point in sleeping now" and pulls an all-nighter before heading to work!"

For the record, that was once when I had work.  Never again.

"Just the other night,he stayed up finishing a book but got mad at the ending, so he drove back to the library at 4 AM to return it~  Then he just went to work 3 hours early since he figured there was no point in going home~"

That was a dumb decision on my part. I got caught by Niky.

To say that the past week or so had been exhausting would have been the understatement of the night. When the organizers of The Rabbit’s Garden charity event had propositioned Goodnight Sweets with the chance to provide and serve desserts the night of, Kosoglad had leapt at the chance. Shinjiro supposed he should have been grateful for the extra hours and the opportunity to practice churning out various popular desserts at an alarming speed for the past few days, as well as the chance to be able to attend the festivities in the first place since he didn’t have a lot of money to spare on charity. But by the time he had handed out what felt like one million ‘Eat Me’ black currant cupcakes and 'Queen’s Tarts,' he was ready for the event to be over.

The weary baker paused, tray of desserts still balanced on the palm of one hand, as he removed a silver pocket-watch from the pocket of his black dress pants and checked the time. Kosoglad had informed him earlier that evening that once the end of the night drew closer that he should just focus on finishing off his tray and enjoying the party before they needed to clean up for the night. Shinjiro glanced back at his tray and eyed the few remaining desserts still sitting upon it before he placed the pocket-watch back in his pocket and decided to make another circuit around the unbirthday party tables.

It had been busy for most of the night, but now that the crowds had begun to thin he threaded his way between the tables, gray eyes scanning those still feasting there with careful concentration. When he reached the end of one of the tables, he finally caught sight of a certain redhead, and with quiet steps he snuck up next to her, lowering his tray back to waist-level as he did so. He had been hoping to find her here at some point during the night since he hadn’t been able to see her as much due to all the overtime he was putting in at the bakery that week. Finally finding her elicited a rare, relieved smile to cross his face, and although he was tempted to plant a kiss on the top of her head, Kosoglad had a funny habit of being able to blend in seamlessly with the crowd despite being a powerfully built Russian man. The evening was coming to an end, but he wasn’t quite off the clock just yet.

“Miss, if you haven’t tried one of the Queen’s Tarts yet, I highly recommend them,” Shinjiro smirked, putting on his best ‘waiter-voice’ as he glanced down at her. “I’ve been told that some poor sap at Goodnight Sweets spent an ungodly amount of time on them this past week, and in lieu of tempting you to steal a tray I was informed one should just be brought to you instead.”

Oof I'm so sorry for cluttering the dash but I just got home, and just read the announcement.  I just need to say that

Berry,you are the number one super best mod a role-player could ever ask for. You're creative, positive, and always encouraging players and welcoming them to the group, not to mention your completely unintimidating and nice.

I've been in the group for so long that I love this place so much. It always makes me in a better mood, especially when I feel tired.  I'm still kinda new to tumblr, since I haven't even been on here for a year but this group really helped me feel comfortable, and even stay on here long.

I joined two other groups before this, but the mods weren't ever in it.  The first one I joined went inactive after a week, while the second one was two weeks, because the mods sort of disappeared.  When I joined this one, I thought it might end up the same but I was horribly wrong.  I absolutely love this group, and all the players in it even if we haven't spoken before.

Anyway, Mod-chan, you are the most wonderful person in the group.  It's tough to run a group all by yourself, and you've done it perfectly.  I love the time and effort you put in, and really appreciate it like everyone in the group does.  

I'm sorry, I stink horribly at expressing gratitude, but anyway.
