I Bike With Style

Im gonna be doing this program called freeletics, and online workout training guide thing. Kasey will also be doing it with me. I wan it to be a social thing, and share my experience, i will not do it through facebook cause i have family there and people are weird. Im gonna be doing video of my body, so i can see my body hopefully change. I hope to get some positive feedback, or none at all. anyways, i hope it works. I do my first workout today.
