Then tried to make it my fault your business doesn't carry common bike accessories and parts.

Look, all these big brands use it too, i just looked it up now.

People trying to manipulate me into one at fault and where i bought my bike. We are not running specialized proprietary bikes. All the parts are common and mass produced and used. It's you that is limiting access. Not manufacturing, not wherever i got it. They use all the same darn parts depending on style. I spent a year researching bikes to make sure any shop could repair it. Im not stupid, but you looked it. when you ran into that racist line, we don't have Chinese products. That's a darn lie. Shop local, huh, really. I try. I did everything a responsible consumer should do.

Except assuming shops would work on any brand if you pay them. Sorry my bad.

Now i want to cry, the only 2 shops i know of are like this. None of them will help with electrical either. But i expected that part. It's why i bought nothing exotic. I almost did. Backfit bucket from Europe. Or from china, they have different trikes with 2 wheels up front. Completely different bodies than usa is used to. BUT, i didn't. I bought a old style tricycle mashed into the fat bike category because of the tires. That's it. Nothing a grand spectacle he tries to make it. More and more being cut off from the world. Figure everything out myself. They keep this up, if the back axle fails, i won't be able to get someone to fix it. They can just refuse. Leaving me to just fork out money to fix the problem by buying something new. I don't want that, but i need my own transportation.
