Taking a longer, slightly slower approach to this prep is going to be a good thing for me. I prepped for 12 weeks for my first show (2016 Idaho Cup) this time I started about 20 weeks out and I'm making slower, more mentally healthy progress. I'm not losing my mind like i did last time and im genuinly enjoying the process, something i cant say about my last prep. To think that I still have 12 whole weeks left (the entire length of my last prep) is giving me good feelings about what's to come.
