There are lenses with cameras in them that you can buy to immediately report a crime. Let’s call it crime site.

Of course there would be other benefits to these lenses, you could probably use them recreationally, or perhaps there’s a reward for reporting suspicious or illegal activity with the crime site.

The idea that any witness could have definitive evidence of your crime, but you don’t know until it’s too late, is quite the idea bender. What if there grew to be a slight taboo *not* to get a crime site? Sure, maybe not everyone has to get one, but if an entire group of people works together, and not a single one of them has the crime site? That’s suspicious. One or two people might respond by getting these crime sites, just to stay inconspicuous. However, how can the rest of the group be certain these living cameras aren’t secretly plotting against them?

In those groups it would seem to be the opposite of the rest of the world. *Someone* has to get the crime site, but it’s considered suspicious if that someone does it too willingly.

Of course, you can’t have a dystopian society without a little bit of governmental lies. The crime site can be activated externally, by the producers. Suddenly, that guy who got the crime site because everyone trusted him betrays them, unbeknownst to even himself.

I was in a line and overheard some people speaking in French, and made out one part:

“Un on une nu”

“Un on une du”

The worlds crash into each other, both being destroyed partially, and filling each others missing pieces. An entire two worlds, both with their own natural order, laws, creatures and more.

You know how in Minecraft, if you update the game and go into an old world, the chunks might be all weird? An ocean suddenly cuts to half of a mountain, a desert housing a taiga in the middle? Yeah. That’s what it looks like now, except with less 90° angles.
