I used to think Kishi has already done a very great job in drawing Sakura’s flawless eyes.

And then I saw this amazing art.

Sakura Haruno, the pure definition of blossoming beauty and a loving soul.

We all remember that infamous intimate moment between Sasuke and Sakura after he got his curse mark. How he was the one who linked his fingers with hers and how he only started to calm down once she held him in her arms. 

BUT DID ANYONE ELSE REALIZE HOW FUCKING CLOSE THEY ACTUALLY WERE TO EACH OTHER. 

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME, SINCE THE LAND OF WAVES ARC, THAT THEY HAVE BEEN THIS PHYSICALLY CLOSE TO EACH OTHER. 

Now people will say that Sasuke was in pain so of course he wouldn’t have the strength to push her away. But HE was the one who linked his fingers with HER. 

He was the one who sought her comfort out and he only calmed down once she held him in her arms after he had linked their fingers. This is Sasuke we’re talking about. Mr. Introvert. Mr. “Don’t fucking talk to me unless you’re a strong opponent.” He’s not a robot. He doesn’t like showing PDA with people he doesn’t have legitimate feelings for. So for him to not only start this physical connection with Sakura when it comes to COMFORT & SAFETY IS HUGE. 

Kishimoto and Sugiyama have stated that Sasuke is very consistent when it comes to his feelings and his actions. Which is why his feelings for Sakura have always been completely genuine and pure. He doesn’t flirt or fool around with girls. He doesn’t actively look for a Girlfriend. But Sakura is different for him and he views her as someone he needs to protect and someone who is important to him. So for him to display this amount of physical desire for comfort through his pain from her is one of the clearest signs of his growing feelings for her at this point in the series. There’s a reason why Kishimoto had dedicated a whole panel to their hands intertwined. He showed their fingers intertwined because this is the first time that Sasuke has sought out Sakura’s love and honestly accepted it from her. This is the first time he was honest about his feelings.

He literally would not let her out of his sight. Even when Ino was working on her hair he was gazing over at her to make sure she was alright. 

So why do people say this man doesn’t care about Sakura’s well being? He literally couldn’t leave her side after she had calmed down his curse mark. 

Neither of them knowing that Sakura is pregnant because she literally never showed

Sakura feeling stomach/back pains but trying to hide them

Sasuke somehow knowing and giving her massages

At first he was really shy about it though

Like this dork didn’t even ask just began, massaging her back out of no where

Sakura didn’t mind at all though obviously

Sasuke noticing her pains and insisting on fighting alone

Sakura being relentlessly stubborn and fighting anyway

Sasuke sometimes laying his head on Sakura’s lap

He could have sworn he felt something aggressively kicking him

There was one time they had encountered a pretty hard battle

And Sakura was sore af and tried healing herself while she walked

Sasuke noticed and immediately picked her up without saying another word

Sakura noticing her period not coming but high key not caring because she can’t stand them having to make stops to buy pads and tampons

Overall Sakura not showing any mood swings being happier if anything

But then getting angry as all hell during fights

Like even Sasuke gets low key scared as shit

But it’s also a huge turn on for him

Then Sakura starts being in like the most horrifying pain she has ever been in

Sasuke panicking but not even being subtle with it because he thinks his wife is about to nearly die

“I think I’m having a baby!”

“What?!??”

Let’s be honest ya’ll

They probably fucked almost everyday without any protection

Sasuke legitimately using his Rinnegan to head somewhere

Unfortunately they were no where near the leaf so Sasuke just fucking went to Orochimaru’s hideout.

This boy doesn’t knock our announce or nothing he just carries Sakura right in there

He spots Team Taka eventually and literally doesn’t tell them shit he’s just all like “Hurry and help us wtf is wrong with ya’ll.”

Suigetsu and Juugo having to fucking force Sakura out of Sasuke’s arms because he almost refuses to let her go

Sakura has to assure Sasuke she can walk and he carries tons of trust in her so he gently sets her on her feet

Karin being somewhat angry at the fact that Sakura is giving birth to Sasuke’s baby

At first she absolutely refuses to help deliver it

But after Sasuke asks for her help she’s all like, “only for you.”

Orochimaru teasing him about fucking around during his redemption journey

But low key also feeling a bit emotional because he’s all like, “Omg look how far my boy has come.”

Karin and Sakura being alone in the room with everyone only coming in every now and then

Them talking and Karin being touched by Sakura and Sasuke’s story

At first Karin is a bit unsure about the entire situation but when she sees Sakura, Sasuke and their daughter together she suddenly has no doubt

Sasuke has a genuine smile on his face

It isn’t big but you can see every bit of happiness and joy in his eyes

Sasuke thanking Sakura

And Sakura letting Sasuke name the baby

Sasuke not having to put much thought before saying

“Her name will be Uchiha Sarada.”

Them spending time with their baby for a few more days on the way to Konoha.

Sasuke’s hawk had already sent the message that he and Sakura would be coming so pretty much all of K12 and their senei’s are waiting at the gate.

Everybody being shook when they see Sakura carrying a baby in her arms

Kakashi and Ino instantly calling dibs on being godfather/mother

Uncle Naruto making sure that Boruto and Sarada are close from birth

Sasuke staying with his family as long as possible and literally not wanting to leave like ever

But he knows he has to

He’s not crying or explicitly upset but you can see the sadness in his eyes when he leaves

He hugs them both because he knows he won’t be able to see either Sakura nor Sarada for a long time.
