The Donor Recognition Ceremony always takes an emotional toll on me. Back in 2012, I too had to attend this event for the first time and I know the heartache the families feel when they see their loved ones face flash across the screen... indescribable. I thank God for strengthening me to stand strong in the midst of my pain to help others to go through this journey. We had a great time celebrating my sister’s Retirement celebration.
