i hate that i’m so absent as a person. i don’t start conversations. i can barely maintain them. i’m so weary and spaced out all the time to the point where i can’t even keep up small talk and i’m just so disappointed in myself

A true test of someone’s character is denying them what they want, and seeing how they deal with that.

moving on without the apology you deserve is hard but don’t let the apology be the defining factor in your healing.. some people aren’t going to change but that’s on them, focus on you and getting better.
