Hey guys - it's been a while since my last class but I'm back! I'm taking over part of the upstairs in White Stuff Cardiff to teach a Beginner's Modern Calligraphy workshop this Sunday. All equipment provided, free practice kit to take home & refreshments. It's going to be very relaxed and fun. My tiny INKRDBL audience may, or may not... have noticed my lack of activity of late. I've been going through a real lean spell, with no respite in view; a 'calligrapher's block' if you will. The received wisdom it seems is 'just do it' anyway - get out of your own way - and create in spite of yourself and your block... own it, lean into it, that kinda thing.
