Good morning lovelies!!!! Hi!!!

So, this is my first day on doing my diet with herbalife formula shake 😁

So excited about it sharing it with you (if someone is reading😂). Anyways my coach only send me 2 flavors french vanilla and dutch chocolate. I tried the chocolate flavor first because it's CHOCOLATE! 😍 I love chocolates!

It was blended with oats and banana and I kinda hesitant to drinknit at first because I don't know what it'll taste like. I know its says chocolate but you never know 😂 but when I tasted it, OH BOY that taste goooood! 👍hahahaha oh well I'm going to incorporate it with light exercises as well to speed up the results (i hope)😁. Oh well 9more days to go! Fighting!~~~

Alright! Just bought a 10day trial herbalife formula shake. I just saw this on instagram and I decided 'why not try this?' So yeah!

I actually don't care about my weight at first (currently 185lbs) and people were like 'you have to go on diet', 'you're so big' or 'look how heavy you are' etc. What most embarrassing is that it comes from my patients/clients as well (As you don't know I work as a physical therapist). I don't really give a thought about it, like I totally don't care about people's views or thoughts about my weight or appearance because I accept myself and I love myself! But few months ago while I was walking I felt a light tingling pain from my right chest climbing upto my right shoulder to my jaw. I suddenly stopped walking and hold my chest because I myself knows what is happening to me. Tho the symptoms of heartache is pain of left chest upto shoulder and jaw. But having the similar symptoms made me scared and nervous. As time passed by and the symptoms comes back everytime I walk from around 5 or 10 mins straight. This made me realize that I really have to change. I may love my appearance or what I look like but I have to take care of myself. I don't love myself like I thought, I just realized that I was just pampering/spoiling myself too much and it has to stop.

It took me awhile to do diets because its really hard like REAAAALLYY HARD! So hard to adjust from my normal life day-to-day living and habits. But I save money so that I can buy this while having someone coaching me and encouraging me to do this, that I can do it. and I WILL DO IT AND I CAN DO IT!

So, Help me God!

Yaaaaaayyyy!!!!!

Today is the releasing of the board examination results. I took the Physical Therapy board exam last Aug 10 and 11. I was excited and nervous at the same time when I arrived at the examination site. There, I saw our lecturer waiting for us and cheering for us, hugging us one by one. Before we entered to our own designated classroom we prayed together, of course everyone prayed to pass the boards.

When the exam paper was given to us, my heart was pounding so hard that it feels like its going to burst. I covered the test paper with my hand and silently prayed to God and recite my favorite verse Jeremiah 29:11 "I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord "plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future."

I calmed down after that. It was like magic that my heart suddenly beats normally. I was reading the question while I'm singing (in my mind) 'Nothing is Impossible'. I was smiling althroughout the day. (I just realized and actually cant believe myself that i was able to answer the questions while singing in my mind hahaha)

The last day of exam came. I was still smiling and relax. I was taking this last subject which has a higher percentage than the other subjects. But, I accidentally fell asleep during the exam, DURING THE EXAM! I was flustered when I realize that I fell asleep. Luckily I only slept for around 2-3mins. I just literally want to strangle myself at that time, like how could I sleep during this important day!

The exam went well, I made sure I shade it properly or the answer sheet was clean.

And for the last time as I walk at the corridor I silently prayed and thank God. I thank Him for letting my fears and anxiety wash away during that time. I was thankful that even though I am not a devoted christian He never leave me. For one prayer God protected me from all the negativity. And I said to Him, whatever the results may be I know it is His plans. I cried when i went back to my dorm. I realized how God never leave me all this time that Im the only one who let go but God didn't. He was just waiting for me to reach out to him again.

And Now this is His plan. I am now a PTRP (Physical Therapy Registered in the Philippines).

Is this the end of my journey? No, this is not the end. Is this the start? No, not really.
