Do you guys not understand how aquifers work? if you want water drill and find your own. The person isn’t hording the water. They just created an access point. if you and your friends have the know how and equipment drill your own access point and give out water for free. if you intend on trespassing on someone elses legitimate property to use their well, or pump, then that is wrong. you have every right to the earths resources as that person does. You just have to work for it yourself.

It’s of zero consequence that someone can and should be allowed to privatize an entire source of water (because they should, because voluntary freedom); the sovereign individual who lords over the water source in the name of bootstraps individualism has the right to lord over it however they choose, regardless of the other individuals who need to access it. There is nothing contradictory about sovereign individuals lording over socially-used private property however they choose, and genuine dissolving of authority. Private property is voluntary authority (that many individuals must subject themselves to out of bodily necessity, but it’s still VOLUNTARY), not coerced authority. Check mate, commies.
