I wish I was better

She deserves so much more am nothing for her

Nothing but pain, sorrow, responsibility and an unreliable man.

I wish things were better

I wish things went just as we planned

Just the way we hugged

Just the way I kissed you and you melted in me

Just the way I willfully want to spend the rest of my life with you.

Just the way we planned,

people around become confident.

When you are confident,

My whole childhood,

I spent chasing something

I don't know what it was but the thing which I chased was making me very happy

But I don't know what I chased

But the idea of getting there always made me happy

Fast forward to when I was eleven,

I sensed the most the thing that I chased from her , I still don't know what it was

I chased it all my life

But then when I lost her

I stopped chasing

When I stopped chasing I didn't realise but it got far away from me slowly

But now when I realise

That the thing I chased all my life

Is far gone

And I am so distant from the thing I used to chase

The emptiness from which I was running from got me

And that emptiness though appears shallow but stings as bad as a heated spear.

You may ask me what I was chasing,

But all I could say to you is I don't know what I chased but what I chased is now lost and long gone.

The path I made by my footsteps is now what that stings me

And the place where I am in

Is not something I wanna stay in,

The minutes do not get any shorter,

The Reps do not get easier,

The opponent does not get any weaker,

I see the truth more

Chased the truth but lied to myself

And when i realised that I was never wrong

I saw the truth more

And It will be always be their fault

I see the truth more
