Having this account keeps me so motivated, i’m down to 136 lbs from 155 originally lowkey proud of myself :D this proves everyone on here can and WILL reach their goals as long as you stay consistent!!! RANT: making this account has been so helpful, seeing a community of people that think the same way as me is so freeing and helpful to stay on track with weight loss. I have struggled in the past with being consistent but now I can already see the numbers going down again. I just don’t want to feel fat, I want to go out and for people to notice how skinny and how good I look, literally all i’ve ever wanted my whole life was to be skinny and now I see all these other people just like me making their dreams reality and it is so refreshing in a world of “body positivity”. No one genuinely wants to be fat and those who do are disgusting

nothing will every compare to greek yogurt, it’s so low cal and high protein, it tastes so good too💕
