Aha get it? The post title? Because The Lamb is in Narinder's hand, and the Lamb is holding what's meant to be Narinder's heart? Also, see how The Lamb is being held prisoner by Narinder's while Narinder has his own chains (because they're narrative foils AND counterparts?) And how the background is supposed to be shaped like an open rib/cage (shaped like a heart <3), because they're not truly trapped when it comes to each other, even though it really plays that way at first? That is, there's no cage. (Get it. Rib-cage? Open rib-cage? Aha)
ANyway, this drawing took me a week..ish? to finish. Mostly because I couldn't decide about some artistic choices and needed space to see the drawing with another pair of eyes. (theyre the same ones. just less tired) I still think there are some weird disparities, but I'll work on it.
Ps: Have a different version of the drawing with another highlight. I couldn't decide which one I liked more, but the first one seemed to be more intense in a way that was calling out to me.

My fiance and I are both having surgeries soon. I have a surgical biopsy, and we are both getting gender affirming surgeries. While the surgeries are gender affirming they're also expected to functionally cure a host of severe, organ damaging issues we both have with our reproductive systems.
Thing is, hospitals cannot feed us. We have both have a collection of severe, life threatening, cross-contact sensitive, allergies. We have been hospitalized many times over the years, and we are never ever fed full meals. We will be hospitalized for weeks. We need a lot of help right now preparing to take food to the hospital. We need allergy safe, preprepped or microwave meals and that is extremely costly. Right now, we expect to need $1,200 and we have gotten $131 to go towards this.
Anything helps with this. Dm me for proof or details. I had a post up for this but we stopped making any progress a couple days after it was up. My pride art below for the Images.
