I'm trying to keep this short bc I've already had another post up about this on my art blog Posting here to quit clogging my art blog with this seeing as I've been posting abt it for over a month. My fiance and I are both having surgery relatively soon. They've shuffled us between various surgeon but now, I have consults booked. This is going to be several surgeries, several weeks in the hospital. Its both for gender affirming and life and organ saving reasons, and we need significantly help covering costs for after. The goal has been raised from the original post, bc we have been informed that its likely i will need extra time in the hospital, as well as some items to help sleep be more acessible after.
Help two disabled queer people get life saving, and gender affirming surgeries as we move out of pride month and into disability pride month?
Not to sound pathetic, but I also feel like I could've been more forward too. We have been trying to get this covered since before pride month started. We have been shuffled between doctors, causing delay, otherwise we would already surgical dates. We got shuffled around bc of insurance and bc, for me in particular, my disabilities make me a more tricky surgical candidate. That being said, my doctor is pushing things through as fast as she can, and due to the risk to my health and life that delaying some of these procedures cause, its not likely to be long after consultation that I go under the knife. We need to be prepared for this ASAP, because if we dont have the funds, I cannot get surgery.
No progress since this was posted, but I'm going in for a biopsy today bc of a cancer scare I'm going through (on top of all of this) I'll probably post what I can from the biopsy as proof of the whole situation. This is all extremely stressful, and any help at all with this goal would be incredibly appreciated.

hey I got $0 off my last dono post and am still in debt but less so bc my insurance issue got fixed. I am however having some carpal tunnel symptoms in both hands. Probably can't get double surgery rn and be unable to use my hands both money-wise and school-wise. So some money to save up for it and see the doctor without worrying about adding to my debt would be nice. Thank you so much for any help.
