have the day off today. motts and i are curled up on the couch, the sun is still in the sky and warms us both. motts is stretched out for belly scratches and kisses. its a good day. im grateful for winter ending, nightshifts during the winter feel like being on another planet entirely. thankfully my shift isn't a ghost crew.

kevin finally delivered a pizza after we unlocked the doors, god its so fuckin good. im ready to pass out full shoes on the second i can. gotta feed motts when i get home though. delaney's vomiting in the bathroom or i would offer her some. jemma is comforting her. i took on that task yesterday's shift, and jemma owes me one for covering her shift last christmas.

just walked in, my manager told me the break room fridge is broken. apparently everything in it spoiled last night, so she has to get approval from a higher up to get it replaced. i wouldn't be upset but the vending machine keeps eating my fucking money and it still doesn't take card

went to stop by the pub before work today to see john, but found a maitnence letter stapled (?) to my apartment door. it is once again covered in black slime. i previously assumed it was mold based on the smell but i was incorrect.
