i came to the realization that my relationship with food is literally all or nothing

just finished crying after like 2 hours bc i feel shitty for binging and messing up all my hard work. but anyways starving and over exercising starts tmr, whose joining me :p

i just binged like crazy, i’m gonna go fucking insane. it’s like ik i should’ve stopped but i couldn’t and i just kept going and going

my grandparents came over and they told me how skinny i look and how much weight i lost. finally my hard work is paying off, i just need to keep doing this and then i’ll be perfect.

i just found out that if u chew and spit food out u can still absorb the calories, i’m gonna cry never doing it again

anyone else have a unhealthy addiction to cooking and baking for everyone around u but never actually eating the food. i just love watching them eat the food i made and not having to worry about the calories.

hate it when fasting isn’t just the feeling of starvation anymore but ACTUAL fucking horrible stomach pain :l anyways pls send any type of th1n$po
