Toe to tip! That's an art!

I’m just gunna lore drop on here for no reason. This is Lazarus (Rus) Barleywood. He’s a halfling peace cleric of Cayden Cailean, a chaotic good god of beer, ale, and freedom. Lazarus grew up in a hard home life, basically raising his little sister until he left for war. After the war, work dwindled for soldiers and Rus took up any jobs that he could get. He eventually fell in with a very rough crowd. This led to him hurting someone very close to him and going on a self destructive bender. On the last night of this bender he found himself at The Milk and Honey Tavern, a tavern and temple to Cayden Cailean. He passed out in a booth and awoke a cleric to the god of freedom. He took this as his calling and worked on turning himself around. He now works hard to be someone people can rely on. He’s a good natured halfling who loves to drink and loves his friends dearly. He’s fiercely protective, but never actively looks for a fight. He prefers to talk out of conflicts whenever he can. But also he has no impulse control and WILL try to befriend everyone and anyone. He’s now traveling the Plains in order to help his friends on their adventures.
