I’ve always been a fan of simple mantras and spirals like this one. There’s just something about the colors and how simple it is that make it so easy to get lost in don’t you think?

Mantras are the same. Short and simple ones like “blank is better” , “tick tock Drop” and “don’t think just sink” are so nice and easy to repeat. They also rhyme which makes them easy to loop in your head or out loud getting stuck repeating over and over

Simple methods like these I’ve found work really well don’t you think?

Thinking can be hard from time to time though right?

Wouldn’t it be easier to just get lost in a spiral repeating one of those simple mantras?

Why not give it a try. Pick one of those mantras and stare at the spiral and try repeating it for 5 minutes.

If you make it to 5 minutes with your mind intact why not challenge yourself and add another 5 minutes and then another and another. Over and over again really pushing yourself.

Because it’s easier to stare and repeat rather than think for yourself isn’t it?
