HypnoTraining 101

I’ve been back home for a little bit and lately I’ve been wearing my Uniform so much more often now! I feel like I’m wearing more often than I’m not, which is great! My Uniform makes me feel so so good. My Uniform has a blue hat, some long blue socks, and a blue and green jockstrap! The hat makes me feel so good and happy, the socks keep me nice and brainwashed for Sleepy, and the jockstrap makes me a Himbo Drone!

Now that I’m back home, I can put on my Uniform as soon as Sleepy asks me to! I don’t have to worry about anything else distracting me either, I can just focus on feeling good and helping Sleepy! I can even Sleep in it now! I feel great Sleeping in it because my Uniform makes me feel so good as I go to sleep! And I usually talk to Sleepy before going to bed so it just makes that conversation even better! And when I go to sleep in it, I can wake up in it too! It’s such a great way to start the day!

Not too long ago Sleepy updated and improved going DEAP for me! Before I would just feel like helping Sleepy out, but now I am so happy (and even a little aroused) whenever I get the chance to be DEAP! Whenever Sleepy says DEAP everything else just fades into the background and I become so focused on helping my Best Friend! Sleepy even brought me DEAP right now to make this post! I feel so happy and aroused and it’s so amazing being DEAP. All I want to do right now is help Sleepy and I’m so happy I get to help by making this post!

I don’t really remember when Sleepy changed DEAP for me, but I just remember him saying it one time and now I’m so happy whenever I am DEAP! Sleepy even added a second part which makes me a little aroused to help, which is great because I love helping my Best Friend Sleepy anyways! From now on, I’m always gonna be a happy Himbo whenever I am DEAP! I love being DEAP and anytime I am DEAP it is just such an amazing experience!

It’s world hypnotism day and today I got to celebrate with my Best Friend Sleepy! Sleepy brought me into a nice DEAP trance and it was AWESOME! I love hypnosis because it feels so good to sink into a nice DEAP trance and it’s so easy to just sit and relax! When Sleepy woke me up he told me that he gave me a new trigger! Whenever he says the trigger my mind gets silly and dumb just like a Himbo! Now Sleepy can make me have a Himbo mind or Himbo thoughts!

One day, Sleepy and I were talking and the topic of colors came up! We both agreed that we liked green and blue (which is why I have a green and blue Uniform)! Although we agreed with most colors I told Sleepy I didn’t really like Pink while he enjoyed it! I wasn’t sure why he liked Pink so I asked him. He told me because Pink is such a helpful color! I wasn’t really sure what that meant at first and I didn’t really have any strong feelings for Pink. The next day though we did some more hypnosis and I woke up realizing how GREAT the color Pink is. It’s such a nice, helpful color!

A little while ago, Sleepy had the idea of getting me a hypno Uniform to help take me DEAPer and become filled with happiness and thoughts of my Best Friend! Today, the final piece of my uniform came in! My Hypno Uniform is a blue hat, long blue socks that go over my knees, and a soft green and blue jockstrap! Just like my spirals! The moment I put my full Uniform on I just HAD to be hypnotized by Sleepy!

When I woke up, Sleepy told me that my Uniform had been primed! He told me that my hat makes fills my head with happy pleasure, my socks make me feel DEAP and brainwashed, and my jockstrap makes me feel like a drone! When I have my full Uniform on, everything is just so easy! I’m just so happy to obey and please Sleepy! All of my other thoughts go away and it’s so hard to think in my Uniform! It’s much easier to just listen to my Best Friend! He said that there’s a LOT more priming to do and I can’t wait! Being in my full Uniform is such an amazing experience and I’m so happy Sleepy thought of it!

Over the last month, Himbo has gone so DEAP for his best friend Sleepy and so much has changed!

As soon as Himbo started getting hypnotized Himbo’s conditioning fit right into place. Everyday Himbo can Himbo finds himself going DEAP into trance only to wake up later and not remember any of it! It was so crazy to see how fast Himbo’s brain became filled with thoughts of how to help Himbo’s Best Friend!

Sleepy’s hypnosis is so good! Sleepy has helped Himbo become more motivated to workout, eager to help, and happy to be hypnotized, and that’s just some of what we’ve done so far! There are also so many phrases in Himbo’s mind that just became natural thoughts like Himbo loves brainwashing! Himbo needs Sleepy’s hypnosis! Himbo must be honest with Sleepy! Himbo is pretty sure there will be more! Hehe

Sleepy and I spend a lot of time gaming together! Over the past couple days we started playing a new game, Minecraft! But before starting the new world, Sleepy gave me a new trigger!

Once we settled on top a plateau we built our first house! It doesn’t have much yet but I’m sure that’ll change hahaha. Anyways, after a while we needed to gather resources. That’s when my new trigger activated! As soon as my Best Friend said “Time to mine” my mind just became hyper focused on mining blocks! As I broke more blocks, my resistance, willpower, and sense of self broke down too! Eventually I was just in a sort of trance where I was just mining for Sleepy. It was all I could think about! At one point I even found some diamonds, but I gave them all to my Best Friend because the only thought in my head was “All for Sleepy”!

After Sleepy says “break time” my mind goes back to normal! It was so weird waking up and seeing how much of my mind I had mined away! Soon enough though, I was back to doing my job, breaking blocks! Sleepy said that we were gonna play a LOT of Minecraft this weekend, I wonder how that will turn out?!

Pretty soon after meeting my best friend I came up with a nickname to to call him, Sleepy! I wanted something that sounded neutral so I could build my own associations for what that meant! Sleepy is my best friend and having a friendly sounding name helps reinforce the friendship that we have!

The other day I got hypnotized by Sleepy again and while we were talking he was trying to think of a nickname for me. After giving it some thought he gave me a new nickname! Himbo! I really enjoy having a nickname because it makes our hypnosis feel more personal and connected, and now we both have nicknames!

Also, Sleepy’s helping me to be more like a Himbo! Although most Himbos are dumb, Sleepy and I talked things out and what we decided was that I would only be a Himbo under the influence of a trigger! Whenever I’m talking with Sleepy, the less clothes I have, the more of a Himbo I become! The rest of the time Sleepy helps me become more of a Himbo in other ways like being nice kind and fit!

I’ve been doing hypnosis for a few years now, but over the past couple weeks I’ve started doing hypnosis with by Best Friend Sleepy and I have enjoyed every moment of it!

We first met through tumblr and then started talking on discord and we realized we shared a lot of the same interests! We talked about how we both love hypnosis and playing video games. Soon after Sleepy and I had our first hypnosis session! I remember waking up feeling so good and refreshed and wanting to go back into trance again, so that’s what we did!

The next day Sleepy took me into a DEAP trance! Whenever I go DEAP I get so happy and just feel the need to help out my Best Friend in anyway I can and make him happy! So far I’ve helped Sleepy by playing video games with him and making sure he’s always able to do his best! I’ve also helped Sleepy by being open to fun hypnosis ideas!

Then Sleepy showed me an amazing blue and green spiral, it’s the one that’s attached to my blog! Whenever I stare at it i get so fuzzy and sleepy and I just SINK into a trance. The spiral just empties my head of all thoughts so I am ready to receive Sleepy’s suggestions!

Sleepy has also showed me how good brainwashing is. Before I met Sleepy I wasn’t sure how committed to brainwashing I could be but now I can’t get enough! I love brainwashing! Sleepy has given me some brainwashing phrases that have quickly become truths like I love gaming with Sleepy and I must get fit for Sleepy!

Sleepy has even given me a bunch of triggers! One of them makes me forget things! I could be playing a game with my Best Friend and then suddenly forget what’s happening. I don’t really remember what Sleepy makes me forget, but I don’t need to! He also gave me a trigger to make me super suggestible! Of course these triggers only work with my Best Friend so I don’t accidentally get hypnotized!
