Update: replaced version 1 with version 2 and added clean original mandarin version (mandarin subs). There are also occasional flashes of black covering the whole screen, and one instance of lag. Hope it’s not a big deal!

Translation note: At 00:42:40 Yudi (the little old man elder) asks “tired?”, but the meaning of what he actually says is very different. I couldn’t figure out how to translate his original question to keep it both short enough to be able to read in time and make sense in English, so i just went with that.
In this context, Yudi is teasing Jiulao about his affection for Wuxian. That’s why Jiulao told him to quit playing around lmaoo
So, the actual question he asks is literally translated as “painting eyebrows?” (画眉了？). Yea I know it sounds ridiculous but let me explain.
The full phrase “Zhang Chang paints eyebrows” (张敞画眉) is used as a metaphor for a loving married couple. This phrase comes from an old book, in which there’s a story of a husband who painted beautiful eyebrows for and on his wife every day.
Yudi is comparing Jiulao to the husband and Wuxian to the wife~. I find it quite accurate since Jiulao seems more offended and worried for Wuxian than Wuxian himself is.
I've uploaded final version, the subtitle file itself, and added a subtitle track to the mandarin version. I recommend the [track] version of the movie for those who are watching in google docs, and [integrated] for those downloading the movie.
Integrated - Easy download due to subtitles being fused with the movie, but the visibility may be bad for some folks because Chinese subs are under the English subs. Track - subtitles are a separate track that can be selected in the subtitles section of the google drive file. Better for visibility because they have a dark background which separates them from Chinese subtitles underneath. If downloaded, the movie will be raw (Chinese subs only). Have a good time watching~.
