My family and I had lunch at Gusto Mare - Ilcorso Cebu after church. It’s an Italian Cuisine restaurant Located by the sea. And It’s a new place for me. My dad brought us there. Since my Mum and Dad are vegetarian, glad you can get vegetarian meals at that restaurant.

What’s on my Plate? It’s Sweet & Sour Tofish! It’s a healthy meal especially for those who are vegetarian out there. My classmates and I decided to eat healthy outside the school. So I had lunch with them at Lunhaw Vegan Cafe after class. I got to know about this Vegan Cafe. Been looking for Vegetarian Restaurants here in Cebu, so glad I found ;v

🥑🍌Been trying to start my day off with a bowl of fruits but not always possible since we run out of fruits in the kitchen sometimes.

Been trying to cut out processed food and eat real -or natural food for how many times, but I can’t. I’m sick of getting allergic reactions after eating food with MSG / preservatives. 😢 I’d have no choice but to eat those food sometimes, because I feel weak already and I need energy for the day and sometimes; when I’m in a rush and don’t have much time to prepare my food, I eat outside with family or friends but it’s so~ alluring. But I’m telling you I suffered so much after that. People won’t understand me why I won’t eat sometimes. They would ask “Are you on a diet?...You’re skinny naman!!” No I’m NOT on a Diet to get skinny!! Sometimes I prefer not to eat because I want the reactions to get healed cuz I noticed the reactions will get better If I don’t eat any food. Just water. Ahhh, Can we not just eat everyday? Cause I have 💯 problems with FOOD! It’s just so depressing, food is life but I can’t eat all the food in the world!💔 I suffered Henoch-Schonlein Purpura for 23 years. The exact cause of HSP is not known and has no known effective treatment -and it worsens by each relapse.

And I’m sick of it! How I wish that my body is just like yours! Who can eat burgers🍔 and 🍟french fries with ketchup, Junk foods 😍, chicken Joy🍗 with gravy and steak🥩, Hotdog 🌭😍,tocino, pancit canton, spaghetti 🍝ice cream🍦and canned goods, noodles or ramyeon🍜, tempura and can drink softdrinks, coffee ☕️. But my body won’t accept those I get the reactions in just an hour. Depressing. 😭 How I wish my life would be easy just like everybody.

But someone inspired me and told me that it was a blessing in disguise because I am forced to avoid preservatives and be healthy forever which helped me become more positive and change my lifestyle. I’m just so thankful that I met someone unexpected who made me realise something for myself in just a snap. It was fate.😊 So, here’s some food for thought.
