There is an Irish restaurant chain called Supermacs that has opnened around 100 stores in Ireland since 1978.Ā
Recently, McDonaldās decided that this small restaurant chain that hasnāt even made it out of Ireland needed to be taught a lesson, and sued them on the basis thatĀ āSupermacsā infringes on theĀ āBig Macā brand name. Which is, of course, absolutely ridiculous.
McDonaldās ended up losing the case, because of course they did, they didnāt have a case to begin with. As a result, McDonaldās lost the rights to the termĀ āBig Macā across the entire European Union.
Which is why Burger King gets to do this with no legal repercussions.Ā
You ever think about campaign 1 and get sad about all the fucking wasted potential of Tiberius, like just imagine what the character could have been like if he was played differently by literally anyone else. Imagine what he could have been like if he wasnāt turned into a mirror of his player and made into an insufferable jackass who pouts when he doesnāt get his way and acts like he was the main character and everyone else was his supporting cast. I canāt help but think how if a decent person played him he could have so easily been a likeable doofus who was just trying his best to help his people and his friends, imagine the dramatic moments we could have had, like what if he wasnāt there when draconia fell, think of all the amazing clutch moves and insane spells and counterspells we could have had, itās just really disappointing that we missed out on what could have been a fantastic character
I was just thinking about this earlier, his character could have been so much more than what he gave us

My wife and I were were talking the other day and, I donāt remember what we were even talking about, but the idea came up that we would need an oreo for. I joked about getting one from my secret stash. This is where she made her mistake. She said āoh right, like you could have an Oreo stash without me knowing about it.ā
