Let The Sparks Fly

That contentment and sheer bliss was what greeted the hybrid as they finally came up to stare at their partner. Shining emerald hues and a soft smile complemented them as their noses came together, and Arrow was all too glad to rub his back. And give a little boop for the hell of it.

Knowing full well they weren't going to go anywhere for a while, the hedgehog figured they might as well get comfortable. As much as they could anyway as their panting died down and pulses slowed, a gradual thing but inevitable as they lay there together.

Slight as it was, that next kiss got a slender tail to shift beneath him, and the one to his nose a soft growl. Hardly serious, and hardly scary. Even as it intensified at the one word spoken between them.

"I know you are."

Scarred fingers ghosted over his partner's cheek, before idly playing with fallen red quills. While trying to ignore the slight shiver down his spin whenever his partner moved. His smile never faltered, only managed to turn into a smirk as he looked into amethyst eyes.

But he still planned to pepper a few more kisses where he could while they were settled where they were.

Another chuckle, followed by a gentle nuzzle of the fingers resting against his face. A kiss placed against the scarred wrist as their eyes met.

"If ya weren't. I didn't do my job right." He leaned in for a loving kiss. Nothing more than a soft press to convey his appreciation for his partner. The hand he'd been holding the whole time was released so he could rest his weight on his elbows.

Maybe not the most ideal position for cuddling, but he was content where he was. Legs carefully set in a way that wasn't completely squashing Arrow into the blanket. But he wouldn't be moving until the hybrid did.

He was working them up. Like a symphony of an orchestra, guiding them to a blazing finale. Each flick of his tongue, each curl of his touch- a guiding beacon that drew them ever-forward.

But oh, how cruel it felt for their maestro to draw back. Leaving them hanging with only whispers compared to before, their hips desperately trying to rock, to chase what they were shy of. The mercy of his increased pace seemed no less than Hell, making their nerves sing and the string-thin wires of their thoughts snap.

He knew just how to play them.

They could only look into violet for so long before they had to divert their gaze. Their core shivered and clenched, the smell of their own arousal diluted by Volt's and Bless'. They pulled in a breath, thoughts foggy and alight with fire.

"Please,--" Gather- thoughts escaping in clumps, like cats scattering from rainfall. Their gaze finally returned as their beloved's muzzle pressed to a cheek; he was pecking heated skin. A half-lost purr rumbled, hazel finding their ultimate prize. "-fuck me." Lost in a fasp of another toe-curling press of his fingers.

Bless' grip disappeared. A hand drifted, trailing along brown fur with reverence. Emerald nearly dripped with want, hiding behind dark blue lids as he melted into the kiss. Fangs gently nipped. He could taste Node in that kiss- but his attention was rapidly drawing in to Volt. Like a leaf in a whirlpool, drawn along- pushing almost hungrily as warmth trickled down his frame. It would be a lie to say the spectacle didn't have him hot and bothered.

With Bless' influence lessened, and Volt- indecently occupied- Node had a hint of extra wiggle room. The drip of the hybrid's ignored length drew the fox's attention. The arm that was no-longer pinned raised, fingers finding heated flesh and wandering. Gently trailing, sliding up one side only to slip down the other. Their head turned to press peck after kiss into their partner's frame, fangs barely kept from breaking skin.

"I'll do one better." He whispered against their lips with a ghost of a kiss. "I'll make love to you instead."

In a good way. Something about knowing it was coming, the full sensation it would bring, among other things, never failed to rile the hero up. Add in the enthusiasm from the hybrid, the way each meeting of their hips causes that pleasure in the hero to grow and grow until it reached a crescendo...

He didn't stand a chance.

The moment they were flush, when there would be no moving for either of them for a while, the hedgehog hit his release with a gentle cry of his husband's name. Tan arms held fast to the other, bringing them even closer if even possible, and the heat on his shoulder was a sure sign he wasn't alone.

Convulsing together in ecstasy, the hero's world momentarily consisted only of his partner above him, the pleasure between them and that indescribable fullness below. Even in the height of it, scarred fingers squeezed the hand in his back, a sure sign that all was well. Perfect, really.

Pleasure shot up his spine as his length was squeezed one more time.

He couldn't have stopped the twitch that followed if he had tried. A muffled groan slipped from his lips before he lifted his upper half just enough to gaze at the beautiful face under him.

The mess between them stuck to bits of his fur as he did so, but his smile was soft as he leaned in enough to nuzzle with his nose. No words were needed, violet eyes said everything and more as he gazed into emerald.

Beyond the sound of the fire next to them gently crackling, their combined pants mingled their breath. As the steady buzz of pleasure ebbed from his body, a gentle rumble began in his throat. Audible between inhales of breath.

Volt was careful in his movements, focusing on just his upper half for the time being. A soft kiss to tan lips, lingering only briefly so his husband could still try to catch his breath. Then another to his nose, just to be cheeky.

But it would be a lie to say he wasn't enjoying the very same on his partner's side. That delight, that look that only ever seemed to be reserved for the hero. Especially in these moments.

The thought was enough to make a soft smirk appear on his face, a small shiver of delight at the exploring lips. He almost hadn't noticed the change of position; almost. Even if he hadn't, the way that length seemed to slip in that much more definitely would have gotten his attention. Pleasure shot up his spine like a bullet, and his own moan was stifled only by the hybrid’s lips.

A curse slipped from his lips after, soft and barely audible. But telling all the same. Both in the way emerald eyes looked at Volt, and in the way his own length was leaking between them.

And it all he ever needed in the world.

Now that he had shifted Arrow's leg for a better angle to drive himself as deep as he could possibly manage; Or at least as deep as he could without getting them stuck a little too soon, the warmth surrounding his length began to spread.

Jolts of pleasure built up that tightly wound coil in his stomach. The flush of his cheeks, the heavier breaths with each press forward. His sultry cry muffled only by how he pressed his lips to a tan shoulder. With only a few more thrusts, Volt pressed their hips flush and held there.

He could feel his seed spilling into his partner, held back from dirtying the blanket under them by his knot. Eyes closed as ragged breath escaped his lips that curled ever so slightly in a smile. One that would always be for his soulmate under him.

It was why his hand seemed determined to massage any part of the other it could reach. Every time their hips came together those small claws dug deeper into thick fur, be it on purpose or not. Ever the quiet one between them, small pants left the hedgehog here and there, all accented by the everlasting bliss on his face.

Moreso when their noses touched, a playful growl in his throat that turned into something else entirely at the next thrust. A good something. The sensation was like a shock to his spine, and he couldn't help but arch himself onto his partner that much more.

So he told himself, anyway. But Arrow hadn't stopped at just one or two, no. The hero's hips were meeting Volt's when they could, his own hand tighening around the one pinning it steadily to the blanket. All the while that sensual warmth had filled him from head to toe, again a testament to just how well the hybrid could work him.

The heat rolling off them felt as if it rivaled that of the nearby fire, but Volt was only focused on one thing. On one person.

Arrow.

Arrow and making sure he was in the same state of ecstasy that he felt each time their hips met.

Could he have drawn out the night? Absolutely. But that wasn't what this moment was about. The hybrid leaned down to lay a gentle kiss against his husband's jaw and chin, working his way up to tan lips. His free hand shifted a leg up just a bit higher on his hip, changing the angle ever so slightly as he moved a bit faster.

Even the flutter between them, and the next meeting of passionate lips, didn't deter that. That was, until Volt had stopped to pull himself out, right to the tip. The pout the hedgehog gave was only half playful. The other half...well, it might have given away more than the hero anticipated. But, at that moment, he couldn't bring himself to care.

Yet, the two words brought another shiver to the hedgehog's spine and he couldn't resist closing the space between them again. A kiss that was as loving as it was needy in that moment. Naturally, the hero knew he wouldn't have to wait long.

Each and every kiss was returned with fervor. Volt could never get enough of his partner, no matter what they were doing. That would always be clear in the way he would keep them in close contact, even when doing mundane things like the dishes.

But it was ten times as amplified when they were like this.

A groan slipped from his lips as he continued to bring their bodies flush, his arousal twitching, pulsing, each time. The warmth of the fire had nothing on the hero. Violet eyes blazed as they gazed lovingly into emerald.

He wouldn't have been- though the hybrid may have earned himself Node's flush deepening by a hue or two. Each rumble from Volt practically seemed to vibrate up through Node's own frame.

How much pressure to apply to their clit and how often to swipe his tongue just above where his finger was thrusting inside their entrance. One finger became two, scissoring and stretching the slick walls in a steady rhythm with the occasional curl to tease other nerve endings.

"Hmmm?" And yet he slowed his actions, lifting his head completely from the swollen bud. As he licked his lips, he smiled as he watched their expression.

"Please what, Liebe? Use your words."

At no point had his fingers stopped their rocking. If anything, they had picked up their pace to make up for the lack of his lips and tongue, curling when buried deep and pressing along their walls on the way out before repeating the process.

His free hand came to rest between their thigh and Bless', leaning in to kiss their cheek and offer more of his own body. Between their scents and Node's voice, Volt's length was fully exposed and hard. A thick droplet of pre gathered at the tip, ready to drip at a moments notice.

Node was his primary focus at the moment, but he couldn't leave their other partner out. He winked to the werehog and leaned in for a kiss, sharing the taste of Node still linger on his tongue.

Scarred fingers tightened around his partner's again, each roll forward enough to get his spine to arch just slightly and emerald hues slid shut in bliss. At no point did anything become too much, just right. As always. Even fully flush, there was a smile on the hero's face as he looked at Volt again.

He half considered the question before shrugging. As much as he could anyway.

"No frame of reference...'m afraid." Technically the truth, though he wasn't going to dwell too much on that as his free hand raised to poke the hybrid’s nose, then rest along a furry shoulder. "But...I'll take your word for it. You are...sort of the expert at this point."

Said in a way that dared the hybrid to argue, that smile of the hedgehog's turned into a full-blown grin not long after. Regardless of their current position, that playfulness never ebbed.

But nothing quite beat being as close as they could be, looking down at that beautiful smile from the love of his life. A soft flutter crossed their shared bond as the hybrid playfully nipped at the finger before giving that same wrist a kiss.

A low rumble rose in his throat, slipping free as his lips parted. As if he could argue with his partner's statement.

Instead, he leaned in; making a point to roll his hips in the process, and brought their lips together one more time. When he pulled back, just the tip of his length remained. The smile matched that of the hero's and only two words were whispered against tan lip.

Making love until they were spent there by the fire was the perfect way to end the chilly night.

Especially when the sudden lack of warmth around his arousal hit, though the look in his husband’s eyes was well worth the trade off. Arrow returned the grin, giving another low sound as fingers were removed. Not for the first time, emerald hues met the hybrid's with something akin to desire. Burning nearly as hot as the fire.

What replaced the digits was hard to miss, moreso as the tip met that slick ring of muscles. Before he could stop it, the hero's tail gave a not to subtle wag. Clearly, he had no complaints as he brought his lips to Volt's, after all small shudder of his own.

Their lips met and he used the moment to slowly roll his hips forward. The slick of his husband's body and that of his own length allowed the tip to slide passed the tight ring of muscles.

A groan escaped his throat as heat enveloped him.

He gently squeezed the hand in his own between rolls of his hips, inch by inch until all of his girth was surrounded by his husband. All the while, his eyes never left his husband's. Even when he pulled back from the kiss, he watched their facial expression.

At least, the parts that didn't matter at the moment.

Still more than aware enough to feel his partner's tongue working his length, that undeniable warmth that surrounded him. And enough that the working digits were only met with a few playful squeezes as they spread their own warmth to the slick muscles. Thankfully, the hero was mostly still, namely because he didn't know which way his hips were even supposed to move at the moment.

Between the heat of the fire and other goingons, the hero could already feel that restlessness; that desire for just a bit more. Or, in Volt's case, just the right amount.

Which he knew when his gaze lifted next.

A gentle nuzzle was given to the hand on his cheek, violet eyes closing for just a moment before he pulled his lips up from his husband's arousal to respond. All with a knowing smirk on his muzzle.

"Oh I do." He all but purred, carefully moving himself up so that their noses could bump.

"But I wanted t' make sure ya were good and warm~" A likely excuse as he slowly eased his fingers from his husband and used them to line himself up. The tapered tip was teased around the opening before he settled.

Still he was thankful that there was no pause. Just a gradual build-up as he squirmed a little at the welcome intruder. A small promise of things to come, he hoped. Or knew, rather. For now, he would do exactly what his husband was after, and use the onslaught of sensations as an excuse to lie down and just enjoy.

An easy task. The heat of his partner's mouth, mixed with the building one below, birthed a restlessness in the hero's core, but only showed itself in the occasional gasp that escaped tan lips. Volt, per usual, was playing his body like a fiddle.

Nonetheless, Arrow's fingers were happy to join with the others, a squeeze that tightened all the more as he felt that little ball travel up his length. If things hadn't been sticky before, they certainly were now. The hero's body giving away far more than he ever did initially, and all too willing to let the hybrid do as they pleased.

Each time the muscles clenched around his finger, he’d pause the motion to allow his husband time to breathe and relax them. His head never stopped moving, but only to help distract from the intrusion.

The thumb of their joined hands rubbed against the hero’s, a gentle affection with the rest of him busy.

The droplets gathering on Arrow’s length were collected and savored by the hybrid’s tongue, mingling with his saliva as he kept to the steady rhythm. One finger was joined by the second, carefully stretching and curling the inner muscles for what was to come.

And there in the light of fire, lips on that tapered length...Arrow dared to say it was a sight he would filing away for later.

There was a small sound of victory from him feeling how his partner had shivered, though Volt undoubtedly had the upper hand here. And apart from exploring red quills and teasing those ears, the hero was at the hybrid’s mercy with no real form of retaliation. Little did he know, his husband was about to show the hero how true that was.

Confusion was the first thing to pass over the hero's face when his partner's fingers came up, then realization not long after. Mixed in there was something else, something else he tried to hide but, at this point, Volt was bound to recognize the attraction in emerald hues. Some quip about a show was on the tip of his tongue, but was quickly interrupted by those fingers finding their target and the low groan that came with it.

Those shivers and groans like music to his ears, so say nothing of the way the hero's eyes were following what his tongue was doing to his fingers.

Yet he let out a soft chuckle and glanced up while his mouth was as busy as his first circling finger. No words were said, just a crinkle of his eyes in amusement before he carefully pressed his finger inward.

Back and forth, a little more each time, and in rhythm with the slow bob of his head. The hybrid's free hand massaged his husband's hip, trailing upward until he found a hand and intertwined their fingers.

Each time Volt's ears flicked back, the two would ease up on their ministrations. There was bliss to be had in sensation, but neither wished to overtax the hybrid beyond his desires.

Even if his arousal was now on full display from all the playful teasing done to his ears. It settled between his legs as he knelt before the bed and Node.

He could smell their arousal. How could he not with his face all but buried in their pelvis? And each breath came with an exhale of sheer pleasure. Not long after seeing just how far he could slip his tongue inside their core, Volt pulled back to shift some of his focus on the firm little nub above.

Quick, firm strokes with his tongue, dripping with saliva and followed by light sucking and kisses. The sound of his tail could only just be heard against the carpet over that of his slurping. Violet eyes lifted, shining in the nightstand light.

As they met with emerald, there was a twinkle of mischief that might have been slightly confusing in the moment. It would all make sense as the hybrid shifted his gaze to hazel hues. They held his partner's as the middle finger of his free hand slowly replaced where his tongue had left empty.

A game the hero was just as guilty as playing when the roles were reversed, he knew. He knew the allure, and couldn't blame his partner too much for the spoiling. It was basically the hybrid's habit, but that didn't mean the hero was going to just lie there.

His arms still worked, after all. Even if his legs were all too happy to spread to accommodate his partner and their affections. Much like how something else was all too happy to start showing just how effective they were. The warm tongue got another shiver from the hero, though not due to anything akin to the cold as a pink tip emerged from blue fur.

Definitely a good start. Knowing Volt wasn't going to stop there, the hero raised a hand to comb through red bangs. Both for fun, and a silent sign to continue. Not that he thought the other was actually going to stop. Just like Volt should have known there was more to the petting as scarred fingers used the motion to catch the base of a red-tipped ear, thumb and pointer massaging the spot gently.

One hand moved to massage the base of his husband's sheath as his tongue teased the very tip of his exposed length. The ball of his piercing pressing against the underside where it could reach. He followed it with a kiss to the side, then another to the shaft.

Glancing upward at the hand in his bangs, Volt offered a soft smile to his partner while his lips were still trailing their length. It shifted to a soft exhale of his own when his ear was brought into the affections, a full body shiver running along his spine.

Part of him was thinking of all the ways to get revenge, but then he had another idea. Two fingers from his free hand were brought to his lips, parting them to slip the digits in slowly and begin coating them with his saliva.

It certainly wasn't an averse reaction, regardless. Something emerald hues were quick to give away as their eyes met, a soft smile just below them that always seemed reserved for the hybrid. One that turned to a look of playful warning as the space between them closed. Coupled with something else that was far too obvious.

Feeling the heat between them never failed to bring a certain restlessness over the hero. Flattery was, undoubtedly, a part of it, but it stemmed from knowing that his partner was getting just as much of a kick out of all of this as the hero was. Likely moreso, given the hybrid was in control.

The kisses, the gentle bites? They only proved that, as did the slow descent the hybrid was making down his body. That hand was the icing on the cake, and little enticing was needed for the hedgehog's knees to fall to either side that much more. Perfect for the hybrid to make his way between, and easier still for that tongue to find its mark.

And he had no intentions of stopping now.

Now that he was all but lying on the blanket, propped by his elbows, the hybrid looked up to watch as his husband arched. A purr rumbled deep in his throat when he paused from doing so a second time. Violet eyes waited to meet his soulmate's, shining with playful mischief.

"Mmmm...~ Almost there, I think." He was drawing it out, and he was sure Arrow knew that already. As he leaned back in, an exhale sent hot breath along the bulk of his partner's front before his tongue slid towards the slit at the top.

One, then the other, there was no complaint as the gloves were discarded. It just meant the hero could feel more of his husband as their lips met and scarred hands rested on the hybrid’s sides. As if to hold them steady, making sure the hybrid went nowhere. As if that were a possibility.

"An' I love you." Always true, always returned. And in this case followed by a soft sound as their bottom halves touched, if only a little. Enough for the hero to feel how far along his partner was, and vice versa. Something Volt always seemed to have an edge on when it came to the hero, but Arrow had a feeling that was going to be changing shortly.

Not that it stopped his own exploring, even the shiver he gave at the touch so close to his scar hardly stopped the way his fingers seemed determined to trace over the hybrid's every curve and scar with a meticulousness. The lips meeting his scar, on the other hand, did for a moment as the sensitive skin sent a gentle shock right to his spine.

Although the claws pressing into his back did send a quick exhale of hot breath against it. Violet eyes lifted, meeting emerald almost playfully as he pressed their bodies that much closer and rested his chin in his hands.

The firm bulge pressing against their lower halves and the hybrid only just held back on grinding their hips together.

He kissed his husband’s jaw, nuzzling his nose further to get place another along his neck. Then his collarbone, and again to the side of his chest. He avoided the scar so he could focus on other points. The little places he could sneak a playful nibble while one hand slipped between them to massage Arrow’s inner thighs a bit further open.
