This wasn’t the first time Rook had found him covered in blood, and if he was honest, it likely wouldn’t be the last.

But it had been awhile, since their childhood where Rook discovered how cruel the streets could be to someone like Ruggie. Where he learned how hard Ruggie fought for survival, even going as far as fatally injuring those who dared think they could get an easy beating out of him. This situation was the same - on a break from school he had returned to the Savannah and remembered how shitty of a place it could really be. This was normal, though. It normally happened at least once when he returned home. The real question was, why was ROOK here? Didn’t his family move away? Or at the very least, moved to the higher class area?

             ‘ Your fault for eating so damn much’ he growls lightly, watching Ruggie move towards his bed and slump right on it. Leona only sighs, moving to flop along side him, his arms curling around one of his pillows while Ruggie wallowed underneath his sheets. ‘ Could of just kicked me in the balls,’ he grumbles against the pillow, ‘ would have hurt less.’

He slowly peaks out from underneath the covers, giving a short glare before he sighs and just - crawls over to Leona and flops kind of ontop of him. “Sorry.” He mumbled. “Last time I threw up - it was sand. I---I don’t like the idea of throwing up on purpose anymore.”

        Leona hesitated for a moment, wondering if he should be careful with such a subject. Instead he merely gives Ruggie a very expectant glare. ‘ You’re a little shit, you know that?’

       ‘ Throwin’ it up. Empty your stomach and give it more room for more food.’
