The internal debate - go back to school? Take the CPA exam? Pursue further education? I just feel like I won’t be satisfied in a career that isn’t challenging and I want to set myself for as many opportunities as possible. The bonus: having some letters after my name in my email signature!

I still can't believe it, but I GOT THE INTERNSHIP!! I'm going to spend this August learning at my country's academy of sciences and with my lab partner at that (honestly, I wouldn't have been brave enough to do this without her, bless this girl). We met up with our mentor for the first time today and he seems great - I mean, he told us he has four cats, of course he's great...

i have been enjoying writing my notes on paper again. my eyes really dislike spending so much time staring at a screen.

06 Feb 2023 | literally a work-acads-life balance. working on my laptop, studying in my iPad, and proof of life on my wall (｡◕‿◕｡)

On Sunday I took a walk around my neighborhood and found a bunch of maps for sale! I bought some of the places I lived in France before moving to Paris. I hope that I won’t be moving again anytime soon :-)
