An endless expanse of water crashes and rolls around the huge fishing vessel, tossing it around like a child's toy in the bath. The deck is slick and treacherous, and the crewmates keep a death grip upon the railings to prevent themselves from being bucked off entirely. The boat is headed back to port with a mass of fish in the realm of some tons, but she is at the wrong place at the wrong time.

The water froths, boiling up in a widening swell, as horns the length of the boat crest from the waves, followed by a titanic crown. A colossus, partially humanoid, but crusted and even fused with all manner of sea life, breaks the tremendous stormy sea. Eyes the size of a man stare down at the quivering crew.
