12 Hours of Heartbeat Sounds

Fill your tub as full as possible. Add as much epsom salts (available at any drug store) as will dissolve cleanly with no granules on the bottom of the tub. Make sure the temp is exactly body temperature (98.6 ° F or 37 ° C). Move your computer into a safe place where it will not get wet. If you have a subwoofer for your system also put it in a safe place and connect. If not that’s okay. 

Now, you should have a blindfold. I recommend the “Mindfold” because it has a padded ring around the eyes so you can blink naturally. It also comes with ear plugs. Now fire up the laptop and start playing heartbeat sounds. Turn off all lights and close the door. Put on your mind fold and ear plugs and climb in. The epsom salts will give your buoyancy so you will feel like you are floating. You will not so much “hear” the heartbeat as “feel” it. 

Beware. Some people start hallucinating. Some see tunnels. Others feel like they are falling through space. Most people just get an experience of what things were like in the womb. I do not recommend doing this high or drunk.
