Imagine for a second you are Adrian surname The Eridian. Your spouse has been missing and presumed dead for around a decade, and suddenly one day an alien spaceship comes into orbit. And you cheer "Yay alien species have realized we have the same problem and have come to either give us a solution or join or efforts, too bad my mate is still gone."

Except he is not actually gone, because the eridian equivalent of a carebear decided to save them. And he doesn't want anything in return, in fact he is well aware that he might die A PAINFUL SLOW DEATH, shortly after fighting just to get the love of your life back to you. But it's ok :) because Rocky (yes he gave them a silly name) is my best friend! Oh- Are you ok-

TCO, who spent nearly five years chained and imprisoned on the desktop, who likely rarely got the chance to eat anything, if ever, because you know damn well Alan wasn't feeding him. TCO, who as far as we know was never killed and redrawn, never got the chance to have his starving body 'reset' but likely couldn't ever die naturally of hunger either. Five years. Five years of perpetual starvation. Five years of hunger he potentially was only able to soothe by sometimes stealing and sneaking UI elements and praying his Creator didn't notice, and was likely punished whenever he was.

Victim never had the chance to be malnourished. His bodies likely never lasted long enough for the lack of abstinence and nutrients to affect him.

And then he crash landed onto paradise. A stone's throw away from a quaint little farming village, full of friendly other sticks. The first time he ever lived long enough to even get hungry, he was already in place with food readily available and potentially even freely given.

Victim never starved. Victim's body was never stunted from a lack of food.

And even if Alan had killed him once or twice via starvation, at some point during his ten months of torture, the damage he suffered was erased alongside his inkdrawn flesh and gone by his next rebirth.

Victim wouldn't be malnourished. Neither would TDL, who knew the desktop for only all of five minutes, and neither would Orange, who had free reign of the Desktop the moment he made his deal with Alan, and whatever RGBY might have stashed on their website.
