Moms Rule
Rivolta Silenziosa
There has been a call for: "A separation of the wheat from the chaff"
We present
Rivolta Silenziosa:
The age old, tried and true Silent March.
It is much easier to see who is not participating in a silent march; because they are not silent ie. breaking shit and general suck-baggery.
The march will inherently be more peaceful because people are reflecting on their motivations very clearly (time to think).
Our message will still "Get Across" boundaries because our words are held high above our heads. We made the signs that speak for us.
Our message will be more "un-fuck-withable" with 2k people marching silently. The silence can be deafening, the message peaceful and urgent.
We hope #Occupiers will bring this up as a viable solution to our growing problem at the next GA everywhere.
That's all we have to say for now. Love - HUMANWINE "One thousand and one of us all and all surrounded on all sides holding on to our signs holding our words high high as we can let the cameras see see us on our way away in chains

Have you been hearing about ACTA lately?
Been hearing about ACTA lately? ACTA (Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement) is a trade Agreement not a bill that is being voted on. ACTA is a treaty and The U.S. signed onto (well a small group of people posing as all of us, in secret, signed on for you and me; awww so sweet of them) October 1, 2001 in Tokyo. Canada, the European Union and Switzerland joined the preliminary talks throughout 2006 and 2007. Official negotiations began in June 2008, with Australia, Mexico,... Morocco, New Zealand, the Republic of Korea and Singapore joining the talks. Apart from the participating governments, an advisory committee of large US-based multinational corporations was consulted on the content of the draft treaty, including the International Intellectual Property Alliance, (which includes the Business Software Alliance, Motion Picture Association of America, and Recording Industry Association of America) and Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America. The treaty calls for the creation of an "ACTA committee" to MAKE AMENDMENTS for which PUBLIC or JUDICIAL REVIEW are NOT REQUIRED. Industry representatives may have "consultatory input" to amendments. A 2009 Freedom of Information request showed that the following companies also received copies of the draft under a nondisclosure agreement: Google, eBay, Intel, Dell, News Corporation, Sony Pictures, Time Warner, and Verizon. Who signed? United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, Morocco, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea Who negotiated? Australia, Canada, the European Union, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, Switzerland and the United States Finalized English version of the Agreement: http://www.international.gc.ca/trade-agreements-accords-commerciaux/assets/pdfs/acta-crc_apr15-2011_eng.pdf Here's a simple version http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N8Xg_C2YmG0
Recording today 5/22
We are simultaneously recording a handful of songs (out of 22 or so) while working on the set for the Zombie March After Party in Cambridge (Boston Area) at the end of the week on 5/28. We thought it was too much to take on but everything is going swimmingly. We will begin a USTREAM of it as soon as we can get a handle on the tech side of things.

I know. I am disappointed in myself for not getting there this year.
What is your Question?
If you were granted instant perfection in any one skill, would you take it? If yes, what skill would it be?
yes. I would like to know every single language that has ever been invented in the entire universe please.
What is your Question?
What is the best thing to do in spare/free time? How do you combat boredom?
I never have to fight boredom for some reason it just doesn't seem to find me.
What is your Question?
If you could have dinner with anyone famous, living or dead, who would you pick?
it depends what's for dinner

Choose Your Own Adventure
Saturday at 4:52pm I'm gonna post this unedited as it came to 5 am this morning. ------------------------------------ as I walk these halls in the dark late at night with the light of my laptop flickering my binary flashlight I can't help but to imagine years from now a world with no rest as I'm running through the woods somewhere in New England foraging for edibles dodging the maniacs who've spilled over from the cities hungry and desperate having nearly been annihilated I too am running sharing a forest bed with coyote and bear 4 hours a night is a dream from long ago There is little comfort in the shrinking belly soon to bloat The rain soaked wood can't maintain a fire for my body to warm The Sun is hours from rising and my family has been dispersed in the final sweeps executed by para military troops who have long since replaced our police force. I wonder in this moment who is walking through this house The cupboard are gone through there is no food left not even the cans that sat on the shelves for years while we ate take out because there was "nothing to eat" Oh! Glorious Day what I would give for a can of olives right now a red sauce tomato paste and some white rice We had so much rice that we never seemed to eat. I remember fighting over money with my lover HA! We were so naive! We were so naive! We were so naive! We were so naive! Arching our backs in a heated battle over who said what and what they meant by it. So fertile was our ground for growing seeds of contempt and blind rage. We tended that garden until it served us rotten fruit. We could smell the storm coming. The dreams started and they never stopped. Even in waking moments a continuous film of what was to come would flash in our mind's eye and still we did not falter. We set out to claim a safe place with friends in the woods to plant a garden and to get away from the cities. Our belief in the truth of what was headed our way would bind us together even more. In those few years our love was stronger than it had ever been. We exchanged vows to never give up on each other to never give up on ourselves. We had plans to either die in piece of old age somehow or to die running full force at those who would come to enslave us. but that's not how it goes down. In that one moment of choice between hiding and fighting we chose to hide I wish we had just gone out in a blaze of glory but our will to thrive was too strong and we hid we waited the helicopters stopped coming by and for a few weeks we were okay then the cities unloaded upon us in waves Crazed ex beauty queens who would have scoffed at the idea of eating left overs now hunted with blank violent stares, their bodies nonsensically thrusting fist over fist. Teenage football players once with kept hair and varsity letters proudly placed on their jackets visible through the window of their Hum Vees now toted makeshift weapons intended for people. people like me. People who thought about getting out early People who had sought out a place to grow a garden with a well in the fresh air These famished psychopaths of the prozac nation came out of their dream too fast and they were going to make everyone in their path pay for it with their lives. Suffering from psychic bends the once well put together yoga moms who frequented health food stores now with babies strapped to their backs in muddied, bloodied cotton slings seek sustenance for two and I am in their way. We could figure it out We could feed everyone If they would just stop tearing through the gardens Nothing is ripe but they can't tell They don't know the truths of the Earth, no one ever told them. They consume without regard for tomorrow. Just get through this day. I imagine those who have been through my old house and what they looked like when they were crying, frantically looking through our nearly baron cabinets I see someone in a pink jumpsuit with an Avon bracelet pulling out cans and half eaten chip bags There is a man walking down the hall I am walking down now He's headed for the room at the end of the hall I'm headed back outside I'm back inside my head a cold chill from the night air from my vision I light another cigarette as the dawn approaches. I have great love. I know I will die a peaceful death. holly brewer
