Its 25/6/2022 at 3.37 am, and I just woke up half an hour ago with my brain completely feeling refreshed!

It started when i keep on seeing people post on colour noise and how its supposed to help people with ADHD to concentrate better and so because i need to do prep test, i thought i might just try

But it turns out, it works for sleep too!

As soon as I hit the play button my brain is begging me to sleep like, "come onnnn i havent rest well these past few daysszzz"

Though i lost few hours of study, i dont regret it cuz ive been having trouble with sleep this week, my brain wont just shut off just because I want it too 😭
