I like posting here cause I can rant about details/process while I was drawing like:

Spider on the iron door, it's looks like a looming threat but then you look at the shadows and the spider's shadow is already touching the eggchan's shadow, the spider already caught it's prey 😊

Eggchan gripping his book cause it's the only thing he has and can do, he looks out the gaps in the iron door, originally I was going to out wemmbu's hand to insinuate that he's there but I think it would crowd the area too much, so instead let's pretend he's looking at wemmbu's leaving form, he's looking out to his freedom

Yes I will die on the hill that tax duo are each other's greatest strength and greatest weaknesses

The rest are elements from the og scene I just adapted into my style like red being the color or horror and danger and egg framed into one tiny gap to make him feel small and trapped so yay

Also I decided to not put a white outline on my signature cause it would be too bright and contrasting on the final artwork lol
