i’m always happy to see you, especially now with the debut of lil lu, but also it’s just always so nice to see the space you’ve created with the plants, the decor, the dog stuff, the plants, the letter board you let me change up every now and then, and (did i mention) the plants. i appreciate our little(???) karaoke moments, board game times, yummy meals, and whatever it is that i do with you, and heading up north is less like visiting and more like coming back home. thank you for always making my time up north the greatest.

“i love you always”

Our family doesn’t really say “I love you” at all, but I’m glad we made this a thing in our lives. We’ve aged but I think our love will only mature. No matter what you’re experiencing now, I know you can get through it. You will always be someone I can talk to about anything, and I know that even when I have kids or somethin’, you’re going to be the coolest aunt. 

I don’t think I say this enough, but I really do. You’re one of the few people that I can always count on, through hardships and through happy times. You are a constant, loving presence within my life, and I am so lucky to have you as my sister. Sorry if you feel like we don’t communicate as much, but I’m always here for you to hit me up and talk to. :) I would not be the person I am today without you, and for that I am truly grateful to know you. I hope that we continue on our journey together with even more love for each other and for God. Thank you for being a wonderful blessing in my life, and I hope that I can cherish you for years to come.

congratulations. you’re going to be busy starting now and life will only get more complicated from here. cherish where you are. cherish the time you have to meet with friends and be happy. life isn’t always like this, and once work starts, you won’t have the freedom or energy to do the same things as you did in college anymore.

Mom used to compare things to bacon in order to make me eat it? She still does that.

i'm really looking forward to seeing you this summer. it's pretty fantastic that we don't have to worry about drifting apart or feel pressured to do things in case we lose each other.

i hope you had some ramen that i would consider delicious.

because i was thinking of you and i really appreciate you. even though you said "i will be there you" and that makes no sense.
