       everything  just  happened  SO  FAST,  it  was  difficult  to  understand  exactly  what  had  happened  and  if  he  was  okay.  and  if  she  was  okay.  the  queen’s  trembling  hands  gravitated  to  her  gut  and  she  felt  a  sudden  wave  of  NAUSEA  sweep  through  her.  but  she  could  not  immediately  tell  in  that  moment  if  it  could  possibly  be  POISON  or  just  the  adrenaline  that  had  abruptly  been  produced,  endless  amounts  of  energy  coursing  through  her  veins,  too  much  energy  than  her  body  knew  how  to  handle. 

       ‘  i’m  okay.  ’  it  was  embarrassing  to  admit,  but  she  felt  more  worried  about  luke  than  she  was  about  herself.  it  was  a  dangerous  line  of  thinking  when  she  held  a  prestigious  seat  of  power  and  she  often  had  no  choice  but  to  prioritize  the  her  own  life  over  the  life  of  her  staff.  but  luke  felt  dear  to  her.  she  felt  like  it  was  her  RESPONSIBILTY  to  make  sure  he  was  safe;  her  OBLIGATION  to  the  late  queen  amidala  to  keep  her  son  safe.

       ‘  n——no.  ’  a  lie.  ‘  well,  not  recently.  this  hasn’t  happened  in  a  very  long  time.  ’

As adrenaline fades, compassion for her worry grows substantially. He places a hand on her upper arm, first as a sign of solidarity. A gesture that conveys the hope he has for it all to resolve. Then a gentle way of guiding her as he starts walking.

He glances back at the body once more even if he knows he shouldn't. Death has become part of him no matter how hard he tries to avoid it. The reality is that the assassin had never even had a chance. He might as well have died the moment he overlooked Luke's presence here. That's all it takes for him to take a life - one swift stroke. One life this time at least, but it could be millions, with his power. One wrong step is all it takes.

Luke smothers the thought before it grows even larger. Releases it into the Force. It'll return. He knows this from experience. He's glad for it, too. The constant what-ifs are nerve wrecking, but they keep him from taking that horrible step.

Hela always insisted her strengths lay in ships building them, repairing them, and doing anything else. That could be debated though because clearly her skills in bartering. They are switching languages and voices raise then lower again. Suddenly though she stops when she sees Luke agreeing and handing over some credits before taking a part.

“Grogu made it here safe I hope that your droid brought your ship back in one piece. We saw it off just fine- Luke is it?” She asks quietly before she puts her part away in her bag. “Sorry I’m Hela just a friend.”

“ Ah , I’m glad to hear that . No need to apologise Hela . It’s nice to meet you . “ He replies with a curt nod and a friendly smile. His cloak obscuring most of his frame again after he had handed over the credits. He has more than the means to not have to worry about funds these days, though he often still prefers to fix his own x-wing it’s time that isn’t often on his side anymore.

"A whole school, huh?" Ben is playing in the living room, now old enough to supervise himself as long as Han is close by, and he is, just in the kitchen, having a drink with Uncle Luke. Ben had been thrilled when he'd arrived, hanging off the younger man and inundating him with questions, but eventually, Han had convinced his son to go play with his toys and give the adults a bit to talk. It has been a while, hadn't it? Five years since Endor, four years since Ben was born. He's exhibiting his power in the Force now, and while Leia doesn't make him repress it, he has to at least keep it under control lest he do any damage, even by accident. It's mischief mostly but it occurs to Han that they'll have to discuss his future sooner rather than later and Luke might have to be a part of it. Who better to guide and teach his son? For now, though, he's just listening to Luke discuss his progress. "Got any students? I mean, how would you even find them? Not like there is a list or anything. Or maybe there is, I dunno. The Jedi figured it out before, right? I'm sure you can to." / trying again with @hopexncarnate

Luke has missed Han, more than he probably realised before seeing him again today. He doesn’t regret his decision to completely devote himself to rebuilding the Jedi order in the slightest, but loneliness has crept up on him more than he’d like to admit. These days he’s grateful to have Artoo by his side the most.

Of course he’d looked forward to seeing his nephew too. His childlike enthusiasm such a refreshing change of pace he hadn’t stopped smiling until he’d left the room. After which he’d gone and made both him and Han a cup of tea, like a good host, as they filled each other in about what’s been going on in their respective lives.

“ I appreciate that Han , but times were very different back then . It’s a lot easier to find them when there’s thousands of Jedi around the galaxy I imagine . “ He pessimistically counters as he places the mugs down on the table before sitting down himself. “ The Force - it tips me off sometimes . I can feel it wanting me to go places . But I never really know what to expect . “ Luke feels kind of silly whenever he tries to explain his connection to the Force with words. He’s grown used to people not understanding it. “ I found a child strong with it on an imperial cruiser of all places . He’d called out for help , the Force rattled me pretty strongly actually . But he chose to return to his father in the end . “

On their website it said they also have the exclusive doc Aphra variant covers #2 (worth 20 euros) and #1 (worth 200 euros) (both with my boy Lucky on the cover 😭 ) while i saw the first one they didnt have the second one on display. Makes sense since its worth that much!

Kinda regret not asking them if theyd take it out for me so i could just see it irl but that wouldve probably been weird hfjdkslfsd

       she  continues  to  stand  at  the  doorway  despite  the  invitation,  or  his  clear  COMFORT  with  her  sudden  appearance  that  is.  she  felt  unsure  whether  or  not  she  truly  was  UNWELCOMED  until  he  asked  for  help,  in  which  case  she  finally  stepped  fully  inside  the  room,  closing  the  door  behind  her.

       ‘  oh,  i  don’t  mind  helping.  i’m  just  not  sure  how  much  help  i’ll  end  up  being,  i’m  afraid,  ’  she  smiles  apologetically  as  she  slowly  makes  her  way  closer  to  him,  finding  the  nearest  chair  to  pull  closer  to  where  the  jedi  sat.  symphony  had  some  experience  fixing  up  and  fine  tuning  droids  in  the  past,  though  she  felt  reluctant  making  mention  of  it  to  him,  worried  that  he  may  take  OFFENSE  in  being  compared  to  a  droid.  she  had  never  really  worked  on  a  living  being  before  so  it  could  be  wildly  different  for  all  she  knew.  wouldn’t  this  be  a  job  better  suited  for  a  doctor?  maybe  luke  just  wanted  her  to  hold  things  for  him  while  he  did  all  the  brain  work.  she  could  do  that.

       ‘  does  it  hurt?  ’  she  asks  with  genuine  worry.  ‘  we  have  a  doctor  here  in  the  palace  that  you’re  more  than  welcome  to  take  advantage  of  if  that’s  that  case.  ’

Despite the lack of confidence in her response, Luke's smile only grows brighter with her agreeing. " Thank you . "

As she goes to sit down he grabs one of the tools he has laid out on the table. " That's alright , it's nothing complicated , just a bit hard to reach with one hand . Don't worry about making mistakes . " He tries to reassure her as he holds the tool, a screwdriver, out to her. " All I need you to do is keep this switch - do you see it ? " He leans in closer as he explains, pointing into the guts of his mechanical hand, at a small mechanical part that keeps some wires in place. " I need you to keep that open so i can rearrange the wires . You can use the screwdriver , it'll make it easier to reach . "

Her question catches him off guard. His gaze shifts from his hand to her, looking up through his eyelashes with how he's leaning forward. " Ah , no . I mean - I do feel pain , I guess , but it's nothing a doctor could solve . I don't think . " He replies, a bit hurriedly. " Sometimes it feels like my hand is still there , somehow . Like it's being burned or ... Something . All in my head , apparently . "

Din smiled at his words, chuckling softly. “Lucky me.” He teased back, feeling grateful that Luke was willing to let him stay with him for the night. Din was quiet as he crawled into Luke’s bed and got under the covers, pausing as he looked up at Luke. He sighed softly and leaned his head against the pillow, facing Luke. “No. I take it off when I’m alone or I cover my face with the blankets when I’m with someone else…but I don’t know if I’m going to do that tonight. I have a feeling I can trust you with anything.” Din thought Luke was trustworthy so he didn’t mind leaving his helmet off for the rest of the night once he got comfortable.

His answer comes as a visible suprise. Luke hasn’t seen the Mandalorian’s face since that day on the cruiser. Has gathered since then that there must be a great significance surrounding it. " ... Are you sure ? I don't want you to feel pressured to . I can wear a blindfold or ... Something . “ He says. It’s not that he would mind seeing his face again. Quite the opposite if he’s honest with himself. Luke just doesn’t want him to regret it later. Or make him feel like he has to to earn his stay. 

Obi-Wan felt like he had a hot piece of metal piercing his chest as Luke spoke to him, he was the spitting image of his father at that age. So eager to take on the world, so hopeful. When Luke offered to help, Obi-Wan smiled at that, “I was just loading these supplies to my cart, if you’re offering to help I am in no position to turn you down.” He motioned to the small pile of supplies still not in the cart. 

“How is your Aunt and Uncle doing?” While it was rare that Obi-Wan even spoke to Owen and Beru Lars, he still kept a watchful eye on them, as part of his duty to protect Luke. “You haven’t been raided by the Tuskens have you? I’ve heard quite a few farms have been hit.” 

Before he finishes giving permission Luke is already circling the cart. LIstening to the rest of Ben’s questions with half an ear as he starts loading the missing items into the cart, occassionally stopping to take a peek at everything he’s gathered.

“ They’re fine ! Uncle Owen seems worried but we haven’t been attacked at all . They don’t even come close . I don’t know why he’s always so grumpy about it . “ Luke complains with a huff as he lifts another loose item into Ben's cart. " Aunt Beru is at the market if you wanna talk to her . "

It’s been primarily the reason why I’ve been so scarce on here, but I can finally say its done!  I’m posting my final renders under read more but please click here to see other renders and a 3d view of it. //

Well, that’s something rarely said to him. Most people take one look at Geralt and realize that he can handle himself. He’s hardly a damsel in distress and he certainly doesn’t need anyone looking out for him.

A look of amusement crosses his features as he turns to the stranger, golden cat-eyes landing upon his face. “That should be my line. I’m a Witcher, I can take care of myself.”

“ Ah , I’m sorry . I didn’t mean to insinuate you couldn’t . “ Luke raises his hands in an apologetic gesture, his cloak parting as he does. “ You look ... very capable . “ He adds after looking him over. Then folds his hands in front of him. “ What I mean to say is that you’re nearing a temple , and it isn’t the sort of place you’re supposed to just wander into on a whim . You’re lucky I caught you . “

❛  𝙸  𝙳𝙸𝙳𝙽'𝚃  𝙴𝚇𝙿𝙴𝙲𝚃  𝙵𝙾𝚁  𝚈𝙾𝚄  𝚃𝙾  𝙻𝙴𝚃  𝙷𝙸𝙼  𝙶𝙾.  ❜    but,  in  all  fairness,  he  didn’t  know  what  to  expect  AT  ALL…  He  only  heard  stories  about  the  Jedi,  nothing  was  known  about  their  training  methods.  &,  after  all,  he  was  denied  meeting  the  child  when  he  first  visited    (  some  time  before  ),    when  he  actually  believed  that  he  could.  After  that  conversation  with  Ahsoka  Tano,  he  thought  he  would  had  never  seen  Grogu  again.  Ever.  Questioning  Skywalker,  however,  was  useless:  did  it  really  matter ?  The  Mandalorian  &  the  foundling  were  reunited    –    the  mean  with  which  that  happened  was  secondary  to  such  news.  No,  his  visit  had  a  specific  reason    (  that  might  had  seemed  trivial  to  someone  else,  but  not  to  him  ).    ❛  THANK  YOU.  He—-  he  was  supposed  to  be  your  first  apprentice.  That  must  have  been  somewhat  a  loss  for  you…  ❜    but  not  a  greater  loss  that  it  would  have  been  for  him.

" I think we could have learned a lot from each other , that is true . " Luke starts, his hands folded in front of him. " But the Force - it's a great honour to wield it , but an even larger responsibility . Times are different now than when he first was a Padawan . I wouldn't have wanted him to step back into that without complete clarity . " He knows the Mandalorian would never be able to understand the extend of his choices even if he did explain them in detail. For now, this will have to do. " I'll be able to rest easy knowing he's safe and happy with you . In the end , that's what matters most . "

“You know your Uncle only says no, because he loves you; he doesn’t want you going off and getting hurt,” Beru commented, trying to reassure her nephew. Her hand reached out to squeeze Luke’s hand. “You’ll always be our little baby. No matter how old you get,” her free hand rose to pinch his nose affectionately, similar to when he was a child.

“ I know ... “ Luke mutters. " But I'm not a kid anymore . Everyone's leaving and I'm stuck here . I can't run around fixing vaporators forever ! " He counters. He knows they only want the best for him. They've always cared for him. But if he thinks too hard about being stuck on Tatooine another season he might actually go crazy.
