Medieval Map Tag Replacements

Inspired by this mod for map tag replacements, I created my own version - a complete medieval replacement for all the map tags.

I redesigned every map tag in a minimalist medieval style, adding delicate frames to tie them all together. I kept each tag recognizable so you can still tell at a glance what type of lot it is — but now it fits the world much better.

I also replaced the taxi, school bus, and police car icons with carriages because nothing breaks immersion like a yellow bus in your medieval kingdom. I love the idea of replacing the ice cream truck with a fortune teller's caravan, so its icon is now a crystal ball.

I tried to cover everything I could find, but if you spot any tags that feel out of place, please let me know!

Cry Alone Mod 😢💔

Hi guys! 💖Back again with a new animation mod! This is an absolutely gorgeous animation from the talented TS4 creator Simkatu (check out their Patreon, their work is truly amazing) who has graciously given me permission to convert some of their animations to TS3!

Working with custom animations has been a bit of a learning curve for me (but so much fun)! You guys know that i released my own first custom animation with the Flip Off mod a few months ago, and since then I have learned a lot more about custom animation conversion and creation. I have a few more conversions that I am wrapping up and will be releasing soon, as well as some simple ones that I have created myself.

The feet are a bit clipped (please don't flame me, im still learning! lol) But overall I think it turned out super cute!

💖The cry alone interaction is a self interaction. Using it provides a mood increase when your sim is done crying! It is autonomous (this can be toggled off) and happens mostly when your sim is sad or angry.

💖 If you also have my "Baddie Socials" mod installed, my "Pissed Off" and "About to Crash Out" moodlets are recognized by this mod, and sims with these moodlets are more inclined to cry alone.

💖Teen sims going through mood swings are also be more likely to cry alone autonomously.

💖How much mood increases is tunable via s3pe.

Hi! This is the official blog for The Sims Mod Manager, a free and open source app that handles mods for The Sims 1, The Sims 2, The Sims 3, The Sims Medieval and The Sims 4 in one place.

You can install, enable, disable and organize your mods without digging through game folders. It runs on Windows, Mac and Linux, finds your mods folder automatically (even localized ones), and shows the artwork hidden inside your .package files so your library actually looks like something.

It's still an early version, so if something breaks or you have ideas, I'd honestly love to hear about it. Bug reports and suggestions are a couple of clicks away inside the app.

I've been using CC Magic for over 10 years. But it hasn't seen an update in over 10 years. It requires additional software to run and misses the features I've always wanted, so I decided to create my own. PlumbobForge takes what made CC Magic so great and improves on it

Modern UI - Simple to use and understand. It's easy to get the hang of it

Smart Filtering - You can filter your CAS files by categories (Hair, Clothes, Skintones, Sliders, Presets, etc.) with filtering for more types of files potentially coming in the future *wink*

Supported files - .package and .sims3pack fully supported. Worlds fully supported.

Smart Configurations - Worlds, lots, and sims can be disabled, enabled, and fully work with Configurations

It wouldn't be possible without CC Magic and just like it, it's completely open source, ad-free, and the only online connection it does is checking for updates. It's still very early in development. I had a friend help me with testing on their machine but we might've missed some bugs, but I'm looking forward to fixing and always improving.

This is a script mod that can be placed in your Packages folder. It was built and tested on 1.69 but should work fine on 1.67.

I didn’t named all the communtiy lots, especially in the city center, since I wasn’t sure, where I want to place certain community lots

This empty world has no diving spots nor housboats, but they’ll be in the save file

If you have Seasons then you will notice some routing issues on the beach only at winter, unfortunately there’s nothing i can do about it :( (look here for pictures)

Don’t worry about the size of the world file! I know it’s big! Normally it would be  60mb, but after I included a lightning mod the size kinda exploded :D

SORRY for using Store Worlds, but since I built the world for me I used trees and terrain textures from which I thought it would suit the most for the world I imagined. But you can grab them HERE or HERE

Notes: You can wear this with accessory tops/bras, otherwise your sims will be flashing everyone 😅

Updates/Changes:

Fixed further issues with D3D9 and borderless windowed mode (thank you @CookiePLMonster 😭) If you're having issues with the ingame imgui displaying, please let me know - If you downloaded an earlier pre-release version and had issues with borderless fullscreen, these should now be fixed

Added disable_overlay setting that disables imgui altogether if you're into that sort of thing

Set more sane default for AnimationBlendPatch 0.266

Made BradyBunchBegone (and potentially other patches in the future) re-apply correctly on game load, these use settings that are overwritten multiple times by the game, this should re-apply it like the settings tab does.

So that mod blew up. 1600+ downloads in about a week. I know many mods get far more, but stiiiill, it's exciting. Thank you for everyone who downloaded and shared feedback!

So here's a more-or-less finished version (might add more stuff if anything surfaces, or if anyone reports embarrassing bugs), properly uploaded on the Nexus. Source also included (not GitHub atm, meh, but you can download and see everything you need from the Nexus link).

tired of seeing that god awful poopy green lipstick preset? me too.

this has been on my to-do list foreeeeever, but i've only just now (embarrassingly) cracked the code on how to do it. while these were made with my default makeup replacements in mind, they aren't required for these to work. they're compatible with any makeup that use the base game colour presets (cc or vanilla).

i tried to cater the swatches to a variety of different skin tones as much as possible, but they might need a slight tweak depending on the sim.
