HOUUUUGHHH okay .. she was hiding under somebody's porch 2 houses away; lady there saw one of our fliers & called; think sid was there the entire week she was out... she's unhurt; pretty dirty; really exhausted & thirsty but yeah---> relieved beyond words

Five ? Days with no sign of her

three days no sign of sid; hope 2 god she at least found food somewhere

Tangentially -> really friendly with this stray cat ive been feeding 2 the point of potentially bringing her inside -> but now I do feel, strange about it / weird about being happy 2 see this other cat incase it's like im trying to immediately replace sid ..... I want my cat back first and foremost (please) but I also want this sweet friendly black cat .. the universe will kill me for holding too much greed in my heart

at the moment: I put my most worn shirt outside , put Sid's pillow + a chunk of her litter outside, left a bowl of dry food + water, left wet food on the sidewalk; dad put fliers up around the neighborhood; don't know what else to do at the moment but wait and hope she comes back on her own but; I'm just unbelievably scared of Sid getting hurt or disappearing forever
