matched tires, staggered special Beginning with your basic corregated cardboard, I apply bondo and sand, then repeat. This process yeilds a fetish smooth suface that play with the idea of geometric hearsay. With this process I try to invest preciousness into this ephemeral material. The action becomes meditative and ultimately no use to the final painting. With paint, I create dimension and form on the surface. Each layer negates the last to create something perfectly and ridiculous.
