Korean Shippers & International Shippers
I've been thinking about this for a while and not really sure if I should post this, considering there's always a difference between K-shipper and I-Shippers from the first place. But, after someone ask me about this in twitter and I see that there are also some misunderstanding, I kinda think maybe I should give out a little details about this.
1. The name "JUNSEUNG"
Officially using by most of the international fan (including Thai, my country). JUN from JUNHYUNG and SEUNG from HYUNSEUNG. Simple and beautiful as that.
2. How about K-Shippers?
They call this couple "JURAN", of which I suppose JU is coming from JU-NYUNG (주녕= so many Junseung shippers in Korea call Junhyung by this name. It's just the way it sound like when you call him by his name really fast. or maybe too lazy to call it correctly, or sometimes for aegyo) and RAN from RANCHO, Hyunseung's pet name. The other name K-shippers use to call this couple is YONGHYUN. It's always been only these two names.
3. How K-shippers call themselves?
They call themselves 주란너 "JURANER" (joo-run-ner). Simply just JURAN+er. Some of you might also hear about the name 주란학자 Juran-Hakja or 주란분자 Juran-bunja. These mean someone who ship JURAN couple, too. But normally they'll just simply use JURANERS.
4. What is Jester and Honey?
I swear the first time I heard this I'm a little bit confused lol (my username, honeystella, has nothing to do with Hyunseung when I first got it. But I'm kinda happy that it fits now since he's my bias)
- Jester and Honey (and maybe Yeobo? Swooner? etc.? I'm not sure) I suppose these are the name International fan use to call themselves by their bias. For example if your bias is Hyunseung, then you're Honey. Am I right?
- This name only use by international fan. Not an official name from Korea and K-b2uties didn't use that to call themselves either.
Have you ever heard of the word 란덕 (ran-deok)? or 란수니 (ran-suni)? ^^ That's how K-b2uties call Hyunseung-biased. There are also 용덕 (Yong-deok), 요덕 (yo-deok) , 두수니 (doo-suni) and something like this too.
Anyway, I appreciate all the name we call each other these days (Especially Junseung, Junseung Stans, Junseung shippers, Honey, Jester.....and so on) Because no matter how we call them they're still the same. And our love is no difference. I post this just so some of you who don't know this before get to know and understand this :)
PS. Most of K-shippers know about how we call this couple Junseung, and they like it too. ^^
